Very efficient, replied to initial contact email within a few hours even at the weekend, had an appointment booked within a couple of days of phoning, and report back within 5 days of paying. Very detailed report that was easy to comprehend.

My wife and I were and still are very impressed and grateful for a in-depth survey on a property that we were interested in purchasing. Without having this very professional survey completed for us we could have landed ourselves in a very expensive long term purchase. Paul was excellent, his report was very detailed, he called us to explain the bits we weren't clear about, and he even spent another hour at the house with us to show us exactly what needed doing. As it turns out, a lot!

PD property Reports, although not always easy to contact, did a good job on the property report, very thorough with photographic evidence. Also very helpful with queries; Would recommend
