Matt and Grant have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From helping us decide whether Propalt was the right fit for our business, to demonstrating everything the platform can do, and then providing thorough training, their support has been exceptional from start to finish.
Grant, in particular, has been incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. He's always been happy to jump on a call whenever I've needed help while learning the system. He's also gone above and beyond by helping me set up templates and letterheads—something I definitely wouldn't have been able to achieve on my own.
The platform itself is brilliant. The amount of data we now have access to is incredible, and being able to turn that into targeted mailing campaigns is a real game-changer. Great System. Great Service. Great Support. Grant/Matt have been very patient with us whilst we decided if PropAlt would be beneficial for us as a buisness. After 2-Demos we decided to proceed, and within a week of utilising have already secured a handful of clients from the outward marketing. There are on-going improvements being made constantly but Grant has kept us informed and welcomed feedback to improve for the end-user.

I have been using Propalt now for the past year and it has been a game changer for my business. I have had demo's with a lot of the competitors and it seems to me that it's definitely ahead of curve when it comes to data, user interface and the capabilities.
