insufisant server ressources and slow updates and bad support quality they aren't professional always reduce ressources and all promohosts servers ips blacklisted
jetbackup does't work properly, sitepad also, softaculous limited just one backup, Mysql limited connections, I talked with Safras who is every thing director, commercial and technical support For Migration he wasn't honest with me and actually blocked Backup manager to stop my migration really unprofessional so be careful.

As someone said earlier good service horrible support.
Placed me on a shared server that was blacklist by outlook. I couldn't even test my WordPress sites properly because of this email issue and they wanted me to buy an email plan. I have no problem buying an email because I understand if I want to send bulk emails is better to have a plan for rating scores and all that. With that being said I should be able to develop my application without the need for addons. Support was like buy the email plan or nothing (Not in those words but you get the point). If emails are not import to you for testing and developing the servers are pretty good I cant complain about that.

I has ordered an static Ip yet to be applied on my account after a week or so. I'm guessing i have to try an get in contact with support again but at this point they got free 5USD.

PS if anyone from promohost sees this and want to give a refund it will be appreciated.

I was about to make a payment and my bank blocked it saying it attemped to make a charge of 711 USD instead of 711 RS. Thats quite sus

Promohost services are great it looks like a great dev is behind it all.

I did found a glitch in where it wouldn't let me see my services and it kept throwing a not found page.

I kept back and forth with support and nobody seem to know what was going on, and after two long days I figured it out on my own.

Turns out that if you purchase a service (anything) and change your physical contact address it will make a new account inside your account (weird). So all you have to do is start the process of purchasing a new service but don't buy it just get to where it lets you choose which account to use just select the account with your previous physical address, go to your cart and delete the item and it should now show your services and lets you access everything you purchased before and the not found page will be gone.

And if you ever need to switch accounts again that's how you do it.

So weird that support can't even tell you how to switch accounts which there's no even button or link to do it btw.

Also sometimes their website may seem like it's down but if there's no report in their telegram most likely and for some odd reason by using a VPN it will let you log in. Just be careful entering your card details or your paypal info while on VPN i use a premium one so I'm somewhat more secure.

And again, support is hopeless in giving you a reason as to why you can only access through VPN.

Conclusion:
Promohost is a great platform for all your hosting needs and beyond but their support team is lost in the clouds.

Even though you guys have a lot of questions answered in your FAQs, it is tough to follow all those links. I feel you should have a YouTube channel with professional videos teaching how to use all the different settings, like AWS. There is plenty of information and courses on how to use AWS, which makes it so much easier to use them for big projects, unlike regular hosting service providers. Conclusion: Horrible user experience
