We had Georgia as Simon was unable to be there but it was obvious that she has learnt from the best. Great course, great people and very useful, if you want to do a first aid course I highly recommend ProMed!!

The whole procedure with ProMed was very professional, efficient & friendly. The attending medics were superb & yet discreet in the presence so as not to make anyone feel uncomfortable, but yet assure us that they were being vigilant of the surroundings & people.

Fantastic Service Throughout
Pro-Med provided our event cover for a Summer Open Day, they were fantastic to deal with before, during and after the event. I can highly recommend their service, our First Responder on the day was Carla and she was brilliant.

Only half the agreed and promised resources arrived at our event. If we had not managed to find local first aid / medically trained personnel from the community, then we would have had to cancel

Once again, please accept our apologies that the 2nd member of staff booked did not turn up on this occasion, which was unforeseeable and regrettable. As discussed with you on the phone, we have taken action internally, as this is not the standard we expect from our staff.
The staff member who was present (1 of your booked 2) was the clinical grade above what was required, came fully equipped/prepared, was professional, and you reported that it was their input & suggestions which also permitted your event to continue.
We aim to provide the best possible standard of service to all our clients, and we didn't do so on this occasion, for which we apologies.
However, to add context, you confirmed your booking for our event healthcare services at your annual event verbally 3 days prior, and in writing 2 days prior.
Great Customer Service
Needed assistance quickly and were very professional and acted swiftly to meet our needs. Recommend highly.

Excellent service always professionally delivered
As a Senior & Pre & Preparatory Independent School we have used the services of ProMed at our weekly sporting fixtures, Sports Day and Open Day for the last few years and find them to be extremely professional, and always helpful. Full medical reports provided and suggestions for increased cover.

Matt, working hard on NYE
Was out in Chester NYE to celebrate and a friend of mine fell really unwell, (possibly drank too much 😅) but Matt D, who sadly doesn’t want his full name mentioned was there to help us and communicated well with us and the bouncers to sort him some water and a place to sit down until we could get him home in a taxi. Matt we can’t thank you enough and I hope you personally get to see this review as I do not want your effort to be unnoticed!

ProMed supplied first aid support at a recent sports event. They were extremely helpful and provided a superb service at quite late notice, which we are very grateful for.
Their staff and set-up were extremely professional and kept a visible presence which put a lot of our attendees at ease. They were quick to respond in a calm manner to incidents and ensured comfort for players who required attention.
We have no question that we will be contacting ProMed to attend future events and recommend them highly for their professional performance and friendly demeanour.
