This was a professional, beautifully packaged protocol. The 5 day fast was really not difficult, and although I was afraid the food would be hard to get down, it was actually good. I am in love with the Olives!! I had more energy, my brain was clearer and I lost weight, which does not usually happen easily. Will do this regularly.

Ordering process not so great, we will see…
I wanted to use my FSA account to purchase this product. There is no link that they say there is in order to do this. When you email customer service, they just keep sending you the same instructions. However, you cannot follow through with the instructions because the link is no longer there. I also feel with the product this expensive, shipping should be included in the price. I did order the product and I’m waiting for it to come in to see if it’s quality.

The diet was easy enough. It was convenient. Did not like the food; was very gassy and did not agree with my sensitive gut. We lost weight but gained it back. Was hungry most of the time.

Reactions like gas or bloating can sometimes occur due to the increase in fiber and plant-based ingredients, but that doesn’t make it any easier when you’re going through it.
Prolon was created in part to help mitigate some of the challenges associated with water-only fasting, such as dehydration, muscle loss, hypoglycemia, and nutrient deficiencies, while still supporting the body’s fasting processes, including autophagy. The program provides a carefully designed balance of nutrients intended to nourish the body while keeping it in a fasting-like state.
Some of the key ingredients include:
Nuts: rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats
Olives: a source of healthy fats and antioxidants
Flax seeds: provide omega-3s, fiber, and essential nutrients
Vegetables: offer vitamins, minerals, and fiber

I hate when you want to try out a new product and during checkout, you are continually thrown "add-ons" and have to go through many rounds of it until you can finally place your order. It has made me cancel before checkout on other products many times in the past, but I decided to continue with this one, this one time.
