14 days passed still items not shipped
Edited:order #M32026060387231127 After waiting 3 weeks they cancel the order because they do not have the jerseys in their stock. If it is not available they should not allow to order. I promised my children to get them jersey but after 3 weeks wait I do not know what to say to them.
I ordered 3 jerseys and after 14 days my order still has not been shipped.
I contacted customer service multiple times through WhatsApp. Each time I was told to wait another 1-2 days because of high order volume. While they were polite in their responses, I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number.
I specifically ordered these jerseys for my kids and was disappointed by the repeated delays and lack of progress. At this point, I cannot comment on the product quality because the order has not even been shipped yet.
I hope the company fulfills the order soon, but based on my experience so far, the communication has consisted mainly of promises and delays.

I placed my order 12 days ago and the item still has not been shipped, despite the company repeatedly claiming otherwise. Every time I contact customer service, I receive vague excuses and empty promises, but no real update, no valid tracking information, and no refund.
The entire reason I purchased the jersey was to wear it during the World Cup. The tournament has already started, and there is still no sign of my order. At this point, it seems more likely that the jersey will arrive after the World Cup is over, making the purchase completely pointless.
What is most frustrating is that they continue to hold my money while failing to deliver on their advertised shipping times. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this website and spend their money elsewhere.
Terrible communication, missed deadlines, and zero accountability. I deeply regret ordering from this company.
