In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

My product is back ordered and i was not informed upfront.I still do not know when my product will get to me and my money is in your pocket now. Not good business in my mind.

Decided to tell me after the order that there is a 10 day lead, which I am guessing means you drop ship and do not store anything in house. So I cancelled, have to wait for the refund, then find another place to buy one from.

Ordered the screen that we wanted only to find out is discontinued. Why is it still on your website?

The Projector Super Store gets 5 stars from me regarding a projector replacement lamp. My Optoma needed a new bulb. I purchased online at another outlet and it failed within a month. I discovered the Super Store and discovered that they carry the genuine optoma replacement lamps at a very reasonable price. The bulb, the wattage, etc. is exactly what my projector required. It arrived at my door super fast and was packed in a factory Optoma container. The brightness and color clarity match exactly how it was when the projector was new. I am so glad I discovered the Projector Super Store and highly recommend. THANKS !

So far my experience with Projector SuperStore has been nothing short of amazing. I found a projector that was selling for much less than other offers I could find - and I looked at dozens of retailers. Also, due to my own error, I made some mistakes in the checkout process and I was disappointed I could not apply a discount I had found...not only did their service team fix the problem I made, but they credited me a discount as well!
