Carbon cracked

1)The equipment was purchased from local authorised Kahn reseller
2) the crack was not from usage but from installation. - can see in the pictures that the crack is outwards from a screw - there are pictures from day 1 when it was delivered submitted to reseller
3) waited for a year for a new grill and countless follow-ups only to be told
I need to pay for shipping and tax
This is after btw I installed over 8-10k of Kahn parts
Because of #3 I had to push forward this review

Thank you for your feedback, though we’re disappointed to receive a negative review for a transaction that did not involve us directly.
After looking into this, we can confirm the grille was not purchased from us, but through an independent reseller in Cyprus. As such, any issues relating to damage, installation, warranty claims, or replacements should be taken up with the seller who supplied and fitted the part.
We understand your frustration, but we cannot be held responsible for products not purchased from us directly, nor for any damage caused during third-party installation. The images provided suggest the damage may be linked to a stone chip, and the grille has been in use for around 12 months. Unfortunately, this kind of damage is not something covered under warranty.
We’re always happy to help where we can, so if you wish to purchase a replacement or need help identifying the correct part, feel free to reach out to our team directly.

Lisan was Really helpful when I rung up needing parts and went out his way for me to get the stuff I needed and when out of his way to get the badges I asked for lacquer for extra protection for me I would highly recommend them to everyone

I appreciate Khan management for the quick response and fast shipping. However, during installation, we faced an issue with the design of the front spoiler—specifically, the middle piece is too long at the back and the screw holes don’t align with the original ones. Installation took extra time due to modifications. I hope the design, especially of the center part, will be reconsidered.

When I received the wheels
When I received the wheels, one of them arrived with damage on the lip, This damage was not visible in the photos when I purchased it. I believe it may have occurred during shipping.

As your purchase was made via our eBay outlet, where we list ex-display items, all products are photographed thoroughly before dispatch. In this case, the damage you described wasn’t present when the item left us, so it's likely the result of an issue during transit.
That said, we fully understand how frustrating that must be, and we’d like to help resolve it. If you haven’t already, please get in touch with our Lisan directly or send over photos of the damage so we can look into it further with the courier.

If I could give Prject Kahn 10 stars I would. This is a company that clearly cares about their customers. So often in the motor trade I have had negative experiences, but not with this company. I cannot begin to tell you how much they have gone above and beyond with me and my family. I want to give a special mention to Kai, if you ever get the pleasure of working with this man, you won't regret it. He is a true gentleman, someone that really cares and takes massive pride in the Project Kahn name. I would also like to thank Mr Kahn as well. If you ever want to buy a car, or have work done on your car to give it that specialist look, this is the company to use, I strongly recommend Project Kahn. Nice rims. Bad communication.
Nice rims, I am very satisfied with them. What I am not satisfied is that it was stated that the genuine Jeep caps will fit, which is not exactly the true. Since my genuine caps didn't fit, I wrote an email to the sales guy and also to support. The idea was at least to know what spare part (suitable genuine Jeep caps) number to look for. There was no response.

That said, we’re genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulty you had getting a response regarding the centre caps. We appreciate how frustrating that must have been, and it’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. While the wheels are designed to accommodate genuine Jeep caps in most cases, there can occasionally be subtle fitment differences depending on model year or region — we should have clarified that more clearly.
