Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Charging for return and refunded discounted sale price when customer paid full price. And then turning around and applying additional charges. Shipping of desktops that fractured during shipping. Really brutal, ashamed that they are a Canadian company. Do Better.

Warranty is a scam. Customer service is non-existent. This company proudly advertises a 15 years waranty which is absolute BS. My motor broke after 3 years so I contacted to request an urgent replacement. ZERO ANSWER. They just ghosted me. I sent another email. Ignored again. They are liars and scammers. Don't trust this company.

I love everything this company sells. It is great quality at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to buy anything from them.

They messed up and shipped part of my desk to the wrong person, which left me with a desk I can’t even use. Instead of owning the mistake and sending a replacement right away, they’re waiting on the courier to maybe recover the package from someone else, which could take forever or never happen at all. That makes zero sense, especially since the package could’ve been opened, thrown out, or kept by whoever received it. This could’ve been fixed easily by just shipping a new piece, but they chose the slowest and dumbest option instead. On top of that, their customer service is basically nonexistent, calling during business hours just leads to an automated message saying no one is available. Overall, incredibly frustrating and not how a company should treat its customers.

The desk was easy enough to setup, but instructions specific to my model would have been much better. That's the only place I'll knock things, everything else was fantastic. I've already recommended you to multiple people.

I purchased a 90" x 60" corner desk (3 posts) a year and a half ago and decided to change it to a one-way desk. Fast forward a year, I came to find out that if you wish to do this, you need to buy a separate controller as the corner desk controller needs to have all three connections/posts and will not work with two connects or posts. Fast forward a few months, I finally got a new 2-post controller and a new 48"x30" tabletop as a gift. But this is where the lack of support begins.

I want to start this by saying, I live roughly a 25-minute drive from their Richmond facility and when I ordered my first desk, I picked it up there. They used CanPar for their shipping which has been a nightmare. The order was submitted on the 19th and the first package was delivered on the 28th, although it was with the courier for delivery on the 24th. The second package though has had quite the journey. Somehow it ended up in Toronto and then sent back to the lower mainland BC. It arrived back in the Surrey depot on January 3rd. It has been with the courier now for delivery 3 times and has still yet to be delivered.

When I call in to talk to someone at Progressive, the queue times are horrible. It on average takes 45+ minutes for someone to actually answer the phone. I have asked to speak to a manager now multiple times and I get told that "the manager is not available". So it is either they are remote and not in the office now for almost 2 weeks, or they just don't feel like talking to customers.

In review, after spending roughly $2000 on a desk, the lack of support is horrible. Their shipping partners are horrible (I have read other reviews on shipping).

TL:DR - Would I suggest their product? Only if you live in an area where you can physically pick up the product from their facilities. Also, make sure that you only want the type of desk that you are buying and don't expect to be able to go from a corner desk to a normal desk with the same hardware.

I purchased a chair from them. Less than two months the headrest became loose and the back isn’t in anyway the healthy posture it’s either too forward or behind. The most annoying thing is that they keep hiding the bad reviews on their products. Try to review with one star they will reply to it then hide it then never shows your review. Bad practice never again. They even didn’t reply to my Email about the loose headrest. This chair became a trash for me lol. What a waste.

Spent a lot of time thinking about and procrastinating on a desk purchase, many options out there, ultimately I decided to support a Canadian company in Progressive Desk and couldn't be more happy.

Definitely not your typical build it yourself solution. This product is very easy to assemble but the quality is top notch. Sturdy, clean and extremely well built, worth every penny.

I had one very minor issue with a part from a monitor arm which was resolved with a very fast, simple phone call.

In short, solid, quality, well built product by a Canadian company with great customer service. Delivered fast and damage free. Highly recommend.

I'm shocked at such a fast delivery! Large selection of products, as for me good prices, I will definitely order more.

Great customer service, and high quality item! I recommend purchasing office equipment from this company for sure. I bought a dual monitor stand and accidentally purchased the wrong one at first. When I called customer service, they were quick to fix the issue with no delays. The item shipped quite fast as well, and I received it quickly even though it came from BC and I'm in Southern Ontario.

ordered 2 desk in January, first one was clearly a return (no foam in the box, pieces were damaged), they had a new one shipped and arranged a pick up of the old one with no hassle, second one was correctly packaged but the underside a big blemish that could only have come from manufacturing and was clearly just missed by quality control. they offered a partial refund for it too.

Bottom line, the desks are great, very sturdy and the support was very helpful but these were problems I should not have had.

Love the desk, works as promised and fit for purpose

It was easy to order the parts for a standup desk on the Progressive Desk's website. The pricing was competitive and my new desk parts and coordinating accessories were delivered to our house the very next day.

Best of all, the quality of my new standup desk is excellent.
