Outstanding Service

Outstanding Service
After many years of having a Google Business Profile it was suddenly suspended for policy violations. We appealed but were unsuccessful. While searching online for a way forward I came across Profilefixers. I called and spoke to Harry who was absolutely brilliant! He talked me through the service he offered and explained it was on the basis of no win no fee. I asked what his success rate was and he said approximately 97%. I sent across the relevant paperwork on a Sunday and was really surprised when I received an acknowledgement of receipt within an hour by WhatsApp. On the Friday I had another WhatsApp informing me that the appeal had been successful and the profile had been reinstated.
When I phoned Harry to thank him he gave me advice on how to improve my business visibility going forward.
I can't praise Profilefixers to highly, the service I received was truly outstanding and at a very reasonable price.

Profile Fixers saved my business!

Five Stars from me, and every one of them deserved

My Google Business account was suspended, and a duplicate profile was created, making my business completely invisible online. This stopped all my work leads immediately and caused huge stress.

Thankfully, I found Deeps at Profile Fixers. He has direct, insider contacts within Google that regular business owners simply cannot access. His expertise and connections allowed him to bypass the usual automated customer service loops and fix the issue directly.

Thanks to Deeps, my profile is fully restored and I am already back on page one of the Google listings. If your business relies on Google leads, do not waste time trying to fix suspensions yourself. This company can help you.

Deeps is also a thoroughly nice guy.

Google account suspended …

I somehow managed to suspend my Google profile, and was in abit of a black hole with what to do.
I have just spoken to a colleague at profile fixers, who’s was friendly, he helped and guided me with next steps, he listened to what had happened, supported and also said to follow up to see if I needed anything else. Just goes to show that Google doesn’t know all the answers and sometimes we need an expert to talk us through things :) thank you so much.
Hopefully this will be up and running again soon.

We had a great experience with Profile…

We had a great experience with Profile Fixers. Our Google business profile was suspended and we tried for so long to get it reinstated to no avail. It was extremely frustrating but Profile Fixers took everything from us to sort it out and did it with minimal input from us. We were kept informed and updated through the process and we are now successfully back on Google. Would definitely recommend that if you have had issues with the suspension of your business profile you give these guys a shout

Profile fixers got our Google business profile unsuspended

Profile fixers were fantastic. We were at a dead end with Google and couldn’t understand why we were suspended. So pleased we hired profile fixers to get us back our listing. It was a tricky case and they definitely earned their money. Great communication over whats app and kept us well informed throughout and until they were successful. Would definitely use again.
