No service
They quoted and scheduled pick up but never picked up the car. I had to drive it 2600 miles myself. I was promised pick up 4 ties but they never came. Excuse after excuse. Sad busines.
All Adam Spencer had to do was be truthful and tell me he couldn't find a driver. He cost me a roundtrip flight to GA 800$ and I had to drive myself
And btw
He told me because I called another company my New price would be 4k. Unacceptable

Dear Terra Mahre,
We understand your frustration and disappointment with the service you received, and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. It's unacceptable that your vehicle pickup was delayed multiple times, leading to you having to drive a considerable distance and incur additional costs.
Your feedback about the communication from Adam Spencer is concerning, and we will address this internally to ensure it does not happen again. If you could contact us at info@profexoshippings.com, we would like to work with you to understand more about what went wrong and offer you a proper resolution.
We regret any stress and inconvenience caused, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
