Un po’ di tempo fa compro una caffettiera elettrica con filtro. A casa provavo fare un caffè ma invece di aver fatto un caffè sembrava un te. Notavo che l’acqua scendeva troppo alla svelta invece di percolare lentamente per fare un buon caffè. Provavo un paio di volte ma il risultato era sempre lo stesso.

Ritornavo al negozio con la caffettiera spiegando il problema. Dicevano di lasciare la caffettiera e la ricevuta al negozio per vedere cosa è che non funziona. Dopo qualche settimana mi chiamavono per dirmi che la caffettiera funziona perfettamente e che posso ritirarla.

Ritornando al negozio suggerivo di fare il caffè insieme per vedere come funziona.
Ho vissuto a New York 50 anni e facevo il caffè con filtro tutti giorni. Mi sembra di aver capito come si fa il caffè con filtro.
Spiegavano che non possiamo fare il caffè insieme e che la macchina funziona. Mi davano la caffettiera che avevo già pagata.
Si sono preso i miei soldi, allora non erano interessati a solvete il problema di questa caffettiera che ora funziona come un soprammobile nella mia casa.

Great training workshops on Product Management delivered by Garry and Louise at Tarigo. Brilliant insights and lots to think about/take away.

It was my first time diving into the PM world and the course experience was invaluable. The information provided in the course has definitely change the way I look at products now :D and I enjoyed that during the course we have used practical examples and exercises; our trainers, Kane and Nick have been excellent, offering their constant support.
