Very nice and complete overview of all that it takes to be a Productmanager at all stages of Productmanagement: from Marketanalyses and Innovation till Launch, In-life and even End-of-Life. Lots of theory but also room for cases and discussion. Hard and softskills. Applicable if you work agile or waterfall. Aidan did a fantastic job and had me still enjoying listening and participating after 3 days.

The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. Lots of activities were used rather than only using a single teaching method.

Like the breakout sessions, exchange of knowledge with other PMs and get to know how outside PM world is practicing.

This week, I spent with my colleagues 5 big half days (9 to 14) with Steve and Louise on product management. That was so instructive, exhaustive, full of examples and exercises to apply in subgroups on our internal projects. This was intense, so energy management is key on our side as well. I already planned to review all the content, taking more time to redigest and see how to use it concretely in my day-to-day job and as future strategic tasks.

Excellent in terms course content and didactic

Very insightful Product Management course with the PM framework as the common thread on which all theory and exercises are based. Really helps in understanding the fundamentals of Product Management and the (cross-) responsibilities that come with that.

For me this course was an eye opener. Starting in my new role just 2 weeks ago, the course addresses how to handle every pitfall possible that you will find on your path as product manager. It provides clear guidance to what it is, to be a excellent product manager
