This is a scam site, ordered football gloves months ago. Fake tracking ID, customer support say they won’t post to an alternative address. Do not use.

Not good. Trainers look like they have come used and were dirty. Delivery was shambles! Box was squished and destroyed and was only wrapped inside a wrapper. I have photos to prove too and the company won’t do anything u less I send them back. I don’t want to as they are still wearable. After numerous occasions of batting a partial refund, I filed a payment dispute with my bank and got a full refund. Do not use this company. Product itself is okay apart from it looks like I was sent a return - probs hence the price offer! AVOID

Abysmal. It's my fault really, shouldve done my usual checks but I was ordering Xmas presents in a panic.
No customer service number. When you actually find the company number on Google, you call it and a recorded message says they've shut their call centre. They guide you to emails ( which get ignored) or live chat on website ( which has also been closed).
The CEOs email comes back as undelivered.
All in all, if their chosen courier, Evri have delays (lost) your parcel, you've got no chance of speaking to anyone about it.

I had used Prodirect running a while ago which made me think I had nothing to worry about. However, looks like no footie boots for my twins for Xmas and the aggro of getting credit card company to refund.
Message to the board members....just wind this sh#t show up and close the business.

Easy to navigate website, good communication & swift delivery

Didn’t deliver goods, tried to charge at later date. Had to raise a fraud report and cancel my bank cards to get my money back - still not resolved yet.

Very poor customer support. The agents do not even read your request, they just answer a totally different thing just to mark it as answered and you need to comeback over and over again.

Difficult company to deal with, they can’t understand or answer queries before you order, apparently can’t act on an email sent at the same time as the order quoting the order number and can’t resolve a problem afterwards (well haven’t even acknowledged or understood what I’ve asked yet so I’ve just given up now)
Spend nearly £200 and still have to pay for standard delivery.

I did try to phone them a couple of times but they don’t answer.

Unusually disappointing online shopping experience… I don’t normally have this kind of issue so it’s been an unpleasant experience. :-(

Like somebody else has written on here - I paid for a premium service and the item wasn't even sent out until after the date my order was promised to have arrived. No apology and a refusal to refund my delivery charge.

I paid a premium for delivery on a Saturday, no response received and then told it would be Tuesday. Rubbish service no apologies and no help. Avoid this firm for any cricket equipment it will not arrive as advertised.
