Procure Smart, specifically NB has been really helpful, supportive and informative around renewing our school's energy contracts, this is the second time we have used their support and guidance, collectively the schools have saved a large amount of money by negotiating contracts, especially pre Covid, their advice and knowledge of the energy markets has been invaluable.

Amazing Service - Lloyd Tidball - Thank You
Following an extremely difficult 7 months whereby I was scammed and taken out of my energy contract by a dreadful energy company, who I'll not name and was placed on a tariff with extortionate prices.
I was very fortunate to be introduced to Lloyd from Procure Smart, and I thank my lucky stars I was. Lloyd, has been amazing, he’s gone over and above to help me with this dreadful nightmare and successfully managed to negotiate a release from my contract where others failed. What this guy doesn’t know about the energy industry isn’t worth knowing, he has kept me update to date throughout the process, of which I'm forever grateful for his input and involvement. Without his immense knowledge and perseverance I would still be in an awful contract which I shouldn’t have been.
I’m now in a much better deal, through Procure Smart. I would 100% recommend both Lloyd and Procure Smart wholeheartedly, good honest, genuine people who you can trust, providing me with affordable energy. THANK YOU.
