Highly Recommend
Warren at Procure Smart was recommended to me, after having a really awful experience with another broker. I highly recommend Procure for your business utilities. I particularly like the transparency, and willingness to answer any questions I had. Warren was not pushy in any way, he gave me time to consider the options he presented. All of the staff I have dealt with have been polite and efficient, and more importantly, easily contactable.
The whole process was well explained and easy. Dealing with problems from suppliers can be very stressful. Knowing any issues I may have with my chosen supplier in the future will be dealt with by Warren gives peace of mind.

Electricity provider
We spoke to Scott in the beginning of the year regarding our electricity bills; It saved us time comparing it ourselves and switching, when he kept an eye on it for us. Our current provider was the cheapest for us, so no switching was required.

Great company, no pressure, friendly staff
When Procure Smart reached out to us over the phone earlier this year, it wasn't the usual patter from Utility companies that you hear and I was instantly made to feel comfortable chatting to Siobhon about our current contracts, I genuinely believed she wanted to help us save some money! I didn't feel like I was put under pressure and her super friendly personality made the conversation flow nicely. Subsequent calls through to finalising the contracts were much the same, like chatting to an old friend. She remembered about a holiday I had planned and asked about my little son. Overall, Procure Smart are probably the nicest group of people I have had the pleasure of doing business with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. And last but not at all least, they saved us money on our ever rising electricity bills, Bonus!

Great service... and more
I have been dealing with both Jake and Nicola, both were pleasant and not at all pushy (my pet hate with brokers). They have secured us deals on water, gas and electricity. They even noticed we have been overpaying on our VAT and have arranged for a backdated rebate with our provider. Not only do they arrange the deals, they will also act as an agent to contact your provider if you have any problems, this is a great addition to the service. Thank you both for your help.

I dealt with both Nicola & Taz regarding our waste contract, both went out of their way to help us out secureing a much better deal. Didnt feel under pressure and was sorted quickly to get us a better short term deal saving money straight away until we can undertake a new contract

Fantastic support
My account manager Lauren has really helped to get the best deals for our electricity contract. She has taken a stressful job, we don't really have time for and sorted it for us, all while updating us along the way and advising us which company would be best for the business. Highly recommend.
