I am sorry to hear about your situation. I reviewing your order and wanted to clarify on a few things. The parts that you ordered are definitely designed to fit your civic. All manual shifters for the civic have used the same thread pitch without any changes to them up to the current model. For this reason, it is found as odd that it did not fit your model. However, you did send some images and techs did notice that the threads on your shifter appeared damaged. This could definitely prevent the part from fitting properly and suggested to fix them before proceeding. This is not a denial of a return or warranties. This is simply a suggestion of what could be preventing the part from fitting. Since sending our last email, we have not heard back from you. If you are still experiencing issues or feel that there may still be problem with the part, please feel free to reply to the email we sent and we will make sure to do our best to help.

Made my orders & delivered within time. If a product you ordered is out of stock, they’ll call you & let you know what other options you have. Happened to me and luckily they had a newer version of it. So I was Thrilled. Car is running great again like it’s a brand new baby. I drive A Honda civic 2013 ex sedan. I talked with customer service via email prior to purchasing the SQ Smoked Style tail lights,to make sure the fitment would be correct on my civic. After install I have gaps throughout the whole taillight assembly compared to stock. I took it back and did adjustments with the alignment of the lights and even bumper, which resolved nothing. The taillights do not align evenly with the holes for the screws to hold it in place. Which caused a very noticeable gap. Very sad to see the pro civic team let me down this time, after multiple purchases for my car went so well. I would not recommend this item unless you are ok with having gaps.

I am sorry to hear that there was some issues with the lights. We have definitely sold plenty of these and have not had any issues or complaints regarding them. We have also seen them and did not see any issues as well. I understand that this can be somewhat subjective as gaps may not be as noticeable to some people or they may not even care. The severity also is subjective as well. However, we were never notified of the issue either. Reviewing your emails, we only have records of you contacting us before ordering. However, you never contacted us after the install to let us know of the issue. If the product simply had a defect, it would have been covered by the warranty. Anytime an issue is noticed within the warranty time frame, we highly recommended to contact us or the manufacturer to have it reviewed and potentially corrected. We cannot take care of an issue if we are not made aware of it. lease let us know if you have any other questions or comments.

I’ve ordered from pro civic a few times already with no issues at all. I ordered a shift knob and it came in defective with no thread. I took a picture and sent it to their customer care.
