What was explained to me in terms of process was incorrect. I was told that I would be able to see the project in progress and suggest things while they were working. This was appealing because I assumed it could really speed up the process. My sales agent/project manager (Barry Allen) is very good in terms of sales pitches. However being asked the same question in every conversation gets very annoying and unprofessional especially after saying no multiple times. Being a Realtor I understand sometimes people need a push but they should not be forced down any path. I am pleased with my logos, not pleased with how many revisions it took due to lack of following suggestions. Communication is another issue that needs to be addressed as well as trying to force clients to submit a review of work that has yet to be completed. I will not use this company again and will not suggest them. I am beyond disappointed in this process and the people managing it.

Barry offered very great customer service. His knowledge in my niche and his advice for how to market my brand was helpful. The logo designs were not unique and bit dated in design style, but the delivery of those logos were speedy. All-in-all great experience. Preference of logo design will differ per individual.

Probranding solutions is an amazing company that laid out all of their options prices. Great communication, transparent and was very pleased with the product. Their design team had a number of logo options that blew me away. I am very pleased with the service as well as the logo.
