Easy to use, efficient and cost effective.
I used the online quotation service to get a quotation on some bespoke sized dovetail drawers. I thought that this was fairly self explanatory and easy to go through. The response with the quotation was swift and listed exactly what I was purchasing explaining any discrepancies. Lead time was clear and kept to.

Too expensive to consider
I asked for a quote on a single drawer simply to get a price indication. The quote came through as absurdly expensive. Little or no chance to do business with this firm

Hi Elliot,
We have investigated your issue further and consulted with our team to better understand the situation regarding the pricing. To clarify that the undermount soft close drawer runners for the drawer were also included in that price provided as per your request, the price given wasn’t just for a drawer box. If these items were excluded from the quote, it could potentially align better with your budget for the project.
Please note that Probox are committed to delivering exceptional products alongside outstanding customer service. While our prices might not always be the lowest, we believe the unparalleled quality we offer stands out, as evidenced by our TrustPilot reviews.
To explore your options further, one of our dedicated sales representatives would be happy to have a discussion with you.

Excellent quality, im a bench joiner of 15 years, believe me when I say you won't be able to buy the Oak, machine it, assemble it and Lacquer it perfectly anywhere near the price and speed per drawer, just buy them.
