I ordered a new damper for my fork, which is quite an expensive component. It should've been delivered within 3-4 days or something. I got a notification that my package was available in a pickup point. I went to go get it and i got surpised to see that the locker was empty. AN EMPTY LOCKER, how is that even possible. Several calls with both customer services (which both suck) and it turns out it was a system fault at mondial relay. I can see movement in my package via the tracker but it is already marked as delivered and just cycling between sorting centra and sometimes comes up that it is being delivered to a pick up point, but never actually does. The customer service is not helpfull at all, takes 3 days to respond to mails and tell me on the phone to just wait.... So now im out 200+ euros without anything to show for it. Honestly feels like a scam....
Horrible Customer Service Experience
Horrible experience with an AI based Customer Service. Bought a pair of Assioma at 1 AM. Checked again and found it was for Look. It happens. I need the Shimano one. Asked to block the pack at 9 am, They said the pack was too advanced on the process. They shipped at 3pm. Now, I need to wait the pack to come here, pay for the return fee, and have my money back i don't know when. Just because no human was able to say "Stop that order". EMBARASSING.

Received email from probike shop to say item was back in stock. Purchased on 5th of August. Meant to be shipped within 24hrs. Paid €6.99 for home delivery. As of 16th August item still not shipped. You get an automated email response from Ai when you contact them. Very poor

Angeblich hat Verkäufer Paypal kontaktiert, aber Rückerstattung lässt auf sich warten. Konflikt bleibt bestehen egal was Verkäufer schönreden. Kein Vertrauen Nie wieder!!@

Delivery conditions not honoured…
I would like to comment about an order and it's delivery I just experienced with Probikeshop. I ordered some items from Spain and all went fine until payment: no possibility to choose a delivery point nearby and pay less for shipping. So, I paid extra charge for shipping to my home address. Yesterday, being at home all the time to be able to receive my order, I got a message for picking up said order from a delivery point in my village. This means, I paid the extra charge for a service which was not honoured. Anyone had a similar experience these days? I contacted Probikeshop in this matter and got a polite but useless AI answer

pas de garantie de délai de livraison : je passe ma commande le jeudi soir tard avec une demande de livraison sous 24 h 00 soit le samedi. Je ne reçois rien le samedi, sur le site la commande n'est pas encore traitée, je ne la reçois pas le lundi mais le mardi. Lorsque l'on propose une livraison 24:00 pour se démarquer de la concurrence, c'est de la publicité mensongère si on respecte pas les conditions de la transaction.

Item broke, sent wrong part replacement, now ignoring messages
I spent 600 euros on a bike bag, only for it to immediately break. It took 3 months to send a relpacement part, which was the wrong one, and something totally different to the part specified. When I asked them to send the right one (a new wheel attachment) they stopped replying. I contacted the manufacturer (Evoc) directly who confirmed the full bag would need to be replaced. Probikeshop have not responded to any of my emails since November, I have a 600 euro unusable bag and multiple unanswered emails. Appauling service, waste of money, still ongoing.

Ho cercato di mettermi in contatto con il Call center di cui inesistente, tracking inesistente senza nessuna risposta! Strano perchè mi sono sempre trovato bene ad acquistare da questo sito. Grazie a PayPal chè è intervenuta immediatamente e dopo una settimana sono riuscito a recuperare l'intera somma. Fate attenzione!!

It's been two weeks since I've paid and my bike order (17316179) has been registered and charged.
I've sent several e-mails to support, but the only info I've gotten so far is this:
"Hello the dispatch can not be carried out in the coming days or weeks we will keep you informed"
This was five days ago, and if there's no reply soon, I'll have to report them for fraud.
