Shipping costs, especially for small parcels, are continuing to rise. Many carriers are applying higher fuel surcharges to our international shipments, and given the current global situation, we expect these costs to increase even further. Personnel expenses are also increasing.

While many companies require a minimum order value, we do not. This allows you to order exactly what you need, even if it’s something as small as €0.50.

Because of this, we need to set our handling fees at a level that is close to covering our costs. At this moment, we have not fully achieved that yet, and part of the handling costs still comes at the expense of our margins.

As a result, we effectively make little to no margin on small orders. We consider these orders as a service and hope they will lead to larger orders in the future.

We are also fully aware that there are companies offering lower shipping rates. However, these companies either compensate by applying higher margins on their products or operate at a loss on certain sales. In addition, they often benefit from significantly better shipping conditions due to their much higher shipping volumes.

We hope this gives you a better understanding of our handling and shipping costs.

Hej Hakon,

Jag blev orolig när jag läste din recension och har därför kontrollerat leveransen. Beställningen skickades den 29 januari och skulle levereras den 3 februari. Av oklara skäl levererades paketet den 6 februari (från Nederländerna till Sverige), möjligen på grund av förseningar orsakade av dåligt väder.

Vi förstår inte varför du var tvungen att hämta paketet 80 km bort. Under de senaste veckorna har många länder upplevt förseningar i leveranser på grund av dåligt väder, vilket troligen kan ha varit fallet här också.

Vi hoppas att du ändå är nöjd med den mottagna produkten.

I was concerned when I read your review and have since checked the shipment. The order was dispatched on January 29th, with an expected delivery date of February 3rd. For unclear reasons, the package was delivered on February 6th (from the Netherlands to Sweden), possibly due to delays caused by adverse weather conditions.

We do not understand why you had to pick up the package 80 km away. In recent weeks, many countries have experienced delivery delays due to poor weather, which may have been the case here as well.

We hope that you are satisfied with the product you received.

Regarding your comment about our shipping rate, we would like to clarify that this amount includes both handling and shipping costs, not just the shipping fee alone. Unlike many companies, we do not work with minimum order quantities.
