I signed up for a ProTix account after it was recommended by entity["company","Limitless Capital","trading firm"]. I had a $100K account. After a few weeks of trading, I was suddenly unable to access my dashboard.
It later became apparent that ProTix is no longer running the service. I contacted them to request a refund and to follow up on unpaid payouts, but I have received no response.
When attempting to communicate through their Telegram channel, it appeared that ProTix is directly connected to Limitless Capital. Limitless Capital has previously been associated with another prop firm, entity["company","High Rollers Funding","prop trading firm"], which is also no longer operating.
As ProTix has now closed, customers have been left without access to accounts, payouts, or refunds. Because payment was made via crypto, there has been no way to recover the funds.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience due to the lack of communication, transparency, and resolution.

Dreadful company that have ran a previous prop firm called high rollers.
Have not responded to any of my emails regarding payouts owed and accounts closed down.
Have had to start a Claims process with my credit card company.

Took days to get any response from their chat bot or email support.
Payouts where always slashed for some rule making it difficult to get anything back. Lucky if you managed to get 10/15% of the profits max.

Can not login to MT5 , I HAVE tried to contact support but haven't received anything but silence

After my experience, I can confidently say ProTix is one of the most dishonest prop firms I’ve ever dealt with.

I purchased and passed my challenge fair and square, traded legitimately within all their many rules, and earned my payout — and they still refused to pay me the full amount. Instead, they invented a completely false “copy trading” accusation and provided ZERO real evidence. No verified logs. No actual matching trades. Nothing. Just an Excel sheet they put together themselves, which anyone could make up.

To make things even worse, they deleted my entire account for “copy trading,” something I have never done and something they were never able to properly prove — because it didn’t happen.

After speaking with them one-on-one, and after hearing from multiple other traders who had the exact same experience, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated case. It’s a pattern. This is how they operate.

One thing I will say is this: yes, they will pay out small amounts as long as you follow every one of their endless rules… but only up until the point you stop being profitable for them. The moment you make more than you paid for your challenge or become a loss for them, good luck — payouts mysteriously get denied, accounts get breached, and “compliance” suddenly becomes their excuse for everything.

In my opinion, ProTix is fake, unfair, and completely untrustworthy. They do not treat traders honestly, they do not pay out properly, and they change the rules whenever it benefits them. If you value your time and money, avoid this company at all costs.

I followed the rules & got paid. That’s why we trade with Prop Firms.

The customer service & communication have been very good.

Hopefully this all continues. A very good experience thus far.

Actually i visited the site and look there trading rules it in courage me to try it but i waana a giveaway account to try it i hope i won the giveaway and Get an account and pass it and got payout then i will make sure make my favourite proofirm ever if i complete all these steps

The dashboard interface is very well designed. Everything appears clear, intuitive, and easy to navigate.

I enjoy ProTik, where I can test my trading skills through the challenge account provided and also how patient I am to be able to consistently survive there.

My purpose in joining the Pro Tix community, even though new to the industry, is that Pro Tix is transparent with their guidelines and rules, with no hidden issues. They prioritize traders, which is beneficial for us, and that is a win-win long-term relationship. More improvement to come.

Now, per my initial experience it was a very nice experience over all, i started with the registration and it was very smooth, the website is nice, interesting enough that the interface is very good, the plans they offer are all straight forward, my excitement is through the roof with this Prop Firm, i wanted to give it a try, i want to share my experience with them as a disciplined trader... I am wishing all the best for the team and i am very confident that soon this prop firm will be one of the best prop firm out there.... Lets go!!!!!
