Delay with Evri loosing parcel, Pro Plates replaced and sent them to us. Eventually it was sorted, would be nice if they had responded earlier but ultimately we got our parcel. Thanks for sorting.

Amazing product and customer service
Amazing product and customer service. We did have to wait over a month to receive the rack however this was explained to us and all of our questions were answered promptly. I can’t believe the quality and design of the power rack for the price. Such a good deal. Highly recommend the company and their products. We will be using pro plates again when we need more weight! Thank you.

Svar fra Pro Plates
Hi Shane,
We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with your order and/or service.
I can see that we had dispatched your order within our lead time at the time you had ordered with us and had been in touch with you regarding the separate shipment of the bar and the reasoning behind this delay. We had kept you updated with relevant tracking information once it was dispatched.
I cannot find any further correspondence from you reporting any problems after receiving your whole order and apologise if this has been missed. Please feel free to contact us at info@proplatesfitness.co.uk and we will be able to discuss any further concerns you may have and resolve these for you.
Apologies once again and hope we can rebuild your faith in our company.
Many thanks,
Pro Plates

I bought a bar and plates last year and I’ve just received my powercage and I love it! It’s really well made, really heavy duty doesn’t wobble when you re rack your bar. I got mine power coated and the colours are exactly what I wanted!
