First redemption went through, I’ve requested a second and it has been almost a week without it being processed. No response from customer service, will change this to a 5 star if they help me resolve this

Update: So they processed 2nd redemption with no issues ~ honestly, great platform, redemptions have been approved with no "1000 steps of verification" like other platforms. Games seem fair compared to a lot of platforms out there. Overall, happy with the platform.

I would have gave a 5 star initially, I happened to win a good amount. They have not processed my redemption still and its been 3 days. Games were good and the welcome package was great, I will update this once I get my redemption.

Update: finally got paid a week after requesting a redemption. Support never gave me an update or responded. Luckily the money hit my account but it's hard to trust them since support is basically unreachable

Customer service is basically non existent, payouts are slow.

Been waiting a week and no progress or movement despite being KYC verified. Support is unresponsive and/or unreachable. I try to live chat, they say they either aren't there and message them, or someone responds there and claims they will "email you later" aka giving you the runaround.

They have no problem sending automated promo/sale emails and accepting your money, but when it comes time to pay out, they disappear.

Their Trustpilot reviews also appear fake (all 5 star, some not even about Prize Riot itself, misspellings, generic BS, but no actual reports about people being PAID!!!)

Fair and responsive to questions. Good selection of games.

Legit so far and hasn’t. Let me down and does reply when question asked
