An excellent service done promptly
An excellent service done promptly. However I feel it was a bit expensive compared with past services by Springhill and another service provider.

I had a site visit from Barney
I had a site visit from Barney to enlighten me about spring fed water supplies, as I had not had one before; and was somewhat anxious. He was patient, informative, calm and reassured me hugely, and it did not cost anything (even better). Thanks Barney!

Swap old system
I had a water filter from another company it had never really worked so I looked to Springhill for a upgrade they came out and tested the water very high iron so they came up with a system that was very reasonably priced I have to say so far so good water is a lot cleaner.
I would recommend Springhill easy to deal with

We had no water for nearly 7 days..
We had no water for nearly 7 days..
Springhill and their staff went above and beyond during this period to get to the bottom of the problem.
A very big thank you to Ryan and Mathew especially. They went well out of their way to help.
A very stressful time but they got us sorted in the end, would definitely recommend to everyone

Great service from Springhill
Springhill offer friendly, professional service of my water filtration system. It helps to have continuity year on year from the maintenance team as well as good technical support from the company when needed.
