I am very happy with the product I bought online, Colibri Anti Moth Mini Drawer Sachet Lavender.
There was a problem with the delivery in France but I finally got my parcel thanks to Daniel Brown of Pristine online who was extremely helpful and professional.
Thanks again !

When my item was initially delivered it was broken. I just put it down to experience, took the item to the dump and made a mental note not to use that firm again. My initial feedback was not exactly glowing either.
However, Pristine contacted me out of the blue and asked to make the problem right. They have certainly settled it to my satisfaction and I would definitely use this firm again. Happy lady now.

Wool mite detergents arrived quickly as ordered.Hopefully no more holes in jumpers.

The products work. Good prices and delivered when they say they'll deliver

Bags seem good with a nifty little tuck in area to minimise the inevitable gap where the zips meet. Seem strong and medium ones a good size. Fingers crossed they will do the job and keep those moths out.

Delivery was quick and well packaged. Very pleased with the product, exactly as advertised. Thank you

Great price, delivered on time at short notice. The recipient commented how large the bunch was (medium) and how fresh they were

Cannot fault in any way

Great service and products for a reasonable price. I will be buying more breathable suit covers in future.

I ordered pheromone moth traps. They came very quickly but no directions how to use the. Fortunately the dry cleaner was opened & he showed my husband how to use them. We could not work it out.

Fingers crossed it works, and the moths disappear

Very speedy service & impressed with minimal packaging.

I have been looking for a rail like this for a long time. most i have seen have to be constantly left up, yet although this is twice the price, the quality speaks for itself, and the fact it folds away when you have limited space is brilliant, highly recommended!

Great service really fast delivery and good prices and product availability

Excellent products, excellent customer service and support- highly recommend all around! Thank you v much Pristine

Good product; eco friendly; efficient.
No overwhelming artificial scents.
Does the job.

Poor quality product, have to pay for the return to China. Avoid!!!!

Very fast delivery. Although there was a small problem with order, a replacement was sent out immediately. Great communication. Many thanks would definitely recommend you.
