arrived on time. product as expected

Most impressed with the service I received. Items received quickly, informed at every stage of the order . Thank you, I will be ordering again.

The moth trap pherome refil papers are doing a great job. I've tried other products to deter clothes moths but these are by far the best. I wish they made bigger ones!
The service was first class from Pristine. Thanks

I have used Pristine for several years and find that it is excellent in dealing with any moth problem

Took a while to arrive but the usual quality products

Great product, great price and fast receipt of product

Very helpful reply to my email enquiry and prompt dispatch of my order.

Prompt delivery and smart piece of bathroom kit.

My items shipped immediately and arrived sooner than I anticipated. Items were exactly as described and the best price I could find.

Always a brilliant product.

After doing price comparisons for the items, I found that Pristine offered the best deal together with free postage. Items arrived quickly and were well packaged. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Very pleased.

Very good quick delivery and I am very happy with the products. The covers are stronger than others we have had in the past and I like the viewing window.

No fault with Pristine company as such. They were clear and helpful with information about delivery, and the parcel arrived in time. However, I purchased a kettle, and while the small 1 litre size is perfect for our caravan, and the smart clear glass look of it is great, it boils excessively and takes too long to switch off automatically so we have to stop it manually, otherwise there is steam everywhere! This is a minor issue in a caravan as we’re usually in close proximity, but I would be concerned to use it in the kitchen at home as if we were in another room, the excessive steam could be an issue.

Good aroma, does the job.

I purchased some Colibri lavender sachets in assorted sizes after a pretty extensive online search showed Pristine.co.uk to be substantially cheaper than other retailers selling the same items and I was delighted to receive a 10% discount code for placing my first order, along with free shipping. I placed my order on Sunday night and received a thoughtful thank you email along with my order confirmation. My order shipped on Monday and arrived by courier, perfectly packaged on Tuesday afternoon. Absolutely impeccable service, I can honestly say it was a pleasure to shop with them and I cannot recommend Pristine.co.uk highly enough.

Fast delivery and products smell fabulous

Exactly as ordered and delivery very quickly
