Very helpful and polite

David has gone above and beyond to help and support my son during his difficult time in prison. He has supported our whole family too, and nothing has ever been too much trouble.

We are not at the end of our journey yet, but I have complete faith that David will get us there. It is rare to find a company that offers such a genuine, caring human touch. We truly appreciate everything he and the team have done. Highly recommended.

When a loved one enters prison the whole world changes. Communication, trust, feelings of desperation and not knowing who to trust all make for the most stressful times. Add to that, fear and we have a very uncertain and scary prisoner and family .
There are literally masses of companies offering help with prison law, I know because I have spoke to most of them, they can be flimsy, greedy and distanced from our real stress and worry. Alan Williams was literally the star that took over all of our worries, he communicated day and night even weekends, and he listened.He was always there to fight for my sons rights . A human angel is how I would describe him , my son trusted him immediately and I felt secure, that whatever the outcome , Alan would do his absolute best, there was never any question that he was ready to go into battle for my son.
He has fought for us and he and his team have won the battle! My son will forever be in their debt for genuinely getting the best result . I still pinch myself that he called me back in my hour of need . 5 stars is not enough , they should receive medals for persistance, care, and doing right by those who need support, guidance and knowledge. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
