This was my second order in a few days, which says all that needs to be said, really. Good service and prompt delivery.

Easy order, fast delivery, great frame and well packaged.

Good quality canvas for the price. Delivery was very quick and the packaging was excellent.

I had a phone call to check that my order was as required from a very pleasant gentleman. It arrived well packed soon afterwards.

Lovely print, excellent quality and all ready to just place on the wall.
The owner sent a personal letter of apology within the order, as there had been a minor delay, through absolutely no fault of theirs on my delivery times.
I will order from this company again in the future and I thoroughly recommend them for excellent quality of service and a personal touch which was much appreciated. Thank you so much.

The frame I purchased is a very high quality gesso gilt frame, and it perfectly matches 19th century frames I have. I’m very happy with the purchase

Excellent response on telephone. Very helpful

The attention to sending it to me had a lovely conversation over the phone as they had problem with locating my address for courier. Went above and beyond to sort it out with me and it arrived next day.

Excellent service from Richard at Prints & Frames. He called me when he received the order, was willing to discuss framing options and called again once the picture was delivered to ensure I was happy with the product.
The picture was well wrapped and the framing quality is excellent.
Will definitely use Prints & Frames again. 10 out of 10

From placing my order to receiving it was a 5* service. I was called by the company to tell me my order would be slightly delayed due to a shortage of materials, then called again to make sure my measurements were correct and whether I wanted the frames custom made to fit my print exactly (at no extra cost) which I did. I was called again to let me know that my order had been dispatched. The service was above and beyond and in future I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you.

Great service, very helpful. Excellent product.
