Absolutely a Scam company.
I bought a music album for immediate download. Used PayPal, who acknowledged receipt, so, all to the good up you then. But there download link does not work. It says ice paid for it & will deliver soon ... Urhh! How can you post a download link g it says it'll be ready for immediate downloading.
So pls treat this company as an out & out exercise in simply Scammers who should be treated accordingly.
In other words, useless.
Oh, yes, I forgot to mention that I emailed them too & got no replies.

Received an order printed in the wrong color (white ink instead of black). Contacted customer service, supplied photos and description. Nothing in return and my order erased from my profile. No refund, no replacement. Complete rip-off. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY OR BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY....I would give it NO Stars if I could...they advertised send photo and get a gnome....they send a small resin stick with a photo that looks similar to the photo you send them...they charged me over 17.99 plus 4.99 postage.AND THE SIZE INCLUDES THE STICK PART, NOT JUST THE PHOTO IMAGE ....YOU DO NOT GET A GNOME....I noticed they have recently changed the advert to say resin stick. I dont seem to be the only one who was expecting a gnome and only received a cheap stick. It was supposed to say Sue's garden' but just says Sue's. I have asked for a refund d but don't hold much hope.

My order was a Vietnam veteran helicopter wind spinner
(for the garden). I got (after 6 weeks) a piece of tin with decal. The product picture showed it as a three dimensional model. What they did was had AI modify a a picture of the decal to make it to look real.

Absolute joke as ordered some personalised shorts which arrived and were very small for what I ordered and sent them all the photos they requested and still waiting for a refund

Absolutely ZERO stars. I am an online seller of original digital quilt patterns on Etsy and discovered eight of my copyrighted patterns being sold on their platform. I am now fighting with them to take them down. And each pattern is listed with a different fictitious designers name. Stay away from this marketplace.

I've ordered what supposed to be/looked like a 3D family photo stand, however what I've received it was a flat perplexed plaque which has no use at all.

Do not use this company be warned. They advertise a perused gnome from a photo and all you get is a Perspex stake that bears no resemblance to the photo.

They also do not publicise any negative reviews …. Which is so wrong .

I was offered a part refund and nothing received . Real lack of customer care so be warned.

Printerval klaut ringsum die Designs von KünstlerInnen sprich IllustratorenInnen zusammen und gaukelt dem Kunde vor mit diesen zu teilen. Sehr unseriös!

I purchased what was advertised as a “3D figurine” from Printeval, and what I received was nothing more than a flat piece of perspex with a printed sticker on the back. It is completely 2D, looks cheap, and is nothing like the product images used to sell it.

This is blatantly misleading advertising. The listing strongly implies a proper 3D model, but in reality it’s just a flat acrylic cut-out. It feels like a bait-and-switch.

After looking into it, I found multiple other customers reporting the exact same issue — expecting a 3D figurine and receiving a flat plastic piece instead. Clearly this isn’t a one-off mistake.

Very disappointed. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company if you’re expecting anything close to what’s advertised.

I ordered a so called 3d character of a personal photo. It took 6 weeks to arrive despite saying 3 weeks. When it arrived it was truly laughable. A chunk of flat plastic with the photo stuck to it. It was absolutely nothing like in the photo of what was being offered. Absolutely disgusting waste of money. Would love to share some photos of what they advertised and what arrived!

Ich habe eine personalisierte Plakette bestellt, die online mit einem 3D-Effekt beworben wurde. Geliefert wurde ein komplett flaches, billiges Stück Acryl. Der Kundenservice ist inakzeptabel: Mir wurde erst eine Rückzahlung von 6,99 € angeboten, dann 20 €. Trotz schriftlicher Zusage wurde das Geld nie überwiesen. PayPal konnte nicht helfen, da es ein personalisierter Artikel ist. Der Shop nutzt diese Lücke im Käuferschutz bewusst aus. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Terrible service. Sent a blank shirt, claiming it’s what I ordered. Hidden in the description of the design I wanted had the words blank shirt. Total con, watch the small print!

Habe hier Trikots bestellt, die spätestens am 12.2. da sei sollten. Als ich die bestellt habe, stand in der Mail auf einmal das Paket kommt spätestens am 16.2. an. Daraufhin habe ich sofort ein Support Ticket erstellt, in dem ich geschrieben habe ich würde die Bestellung stornieren, sollte es nicht möglich sein, dass diese wie versprochen spätestens am 12.2. ankommt. Daraufhin wurde mir nie geantwortet und die Stornierung wurde einfach ignoriert und auch auf weitere Nachfragen an den Support kam keine Antwort. Auch zurückschicken kann man die Ware nicht, da das über den Support läuft, welcher nicht antwortet. Ganz übles Unternehmen, dass alles ignoriert und sich nicht an die eigenen AGBs oder das Gesetz hält. Würde hier niemals wieder bestellen

Der Artikel entsprach nicht der Abbildung in der Beschreibung. Mir wurde eine Teilerstattung zugesichert, auf die ich nun seit zwei Monaten warte. Leider bleiben meine weiteren Nachrichten an den Kundenservice bisher unbeantwortet.

I trusted Priterval and sent a cherished family photo to be turned into a figurine, exactly as advertised. After waiting over a month, what I received was not a figurine at all—just my photo cut up and placed behind thick plastic. That’s it. No craftsmanship, no sculpture, no resemblance to what was promised.

This is completely misleading and feels like a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves for deceiving customers, especially when it involves personal family photos. Anyone advertising this product in the U.S. should be held accountable.

Save your money and your memories—do not trust this company.

Null Punkte!!!!, Beschissen!!!, Wenn man nicht in der Lage ist korrekte Adressen auf Pakete zu kleben, sondern anstatt z.B. "Leipzigerstraße" einen Unsinn wie "Leipzigerstra(kaufm.undhashtag)223;e", dann ist das ein Armutszeugnis im internationalen Handel. Zumal DPD nicht in der Lage ist, trotz Telefonnummer und email-Adresse die richtige Anschrift zu ermitteln. Bin mal gespannt, ob ich die Ware überhaupt noch erhalte oder mein Geld zurück erhalte. Kann ich wohl abschminken.
