I had a wonderful experience with PrintDrill! I ordered a custom banner and posters for my business, Casa Tesoria, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful.

The print quality is excellent, the colors are beautiful and vibrant, and both the banner and posters look very professional. I was especially impressed with how well my designs came to life in the finished products.

Their customer service was also wonderful. They kept me updated on my orders and shipping and were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

Pleasantly surprised at using Printdrill for the first time. Site was simple and easy to use. Communication was quick, price ws good. But what really surprised me is they made a promise on how long it would take to produce and deliver - totally responsible time frame, but to my delight it arrived much earlier than expected. It looks great. I will definitily order again and already told 2 people to try them out.

Absolutely would recommend using this company. Reasonably priced and great quality. The stand was very easy to put up and take down for our event. My team used it as a photo wall backdrop for a elegant dinner party in the heart of our town, and after adding our other elements, it was the perfect fit. Thank you Print Drill!

The product was great. They produced a proof from a PDF I had created in Microsoft PowerPoint. Colors were accurate.

I didn't like the finished product. I thought it would have webbing (which I paid extra for) that would snug the cover tight. Unfortunately the webbing you provided is nothing like I expected.

I needed a tension banner pretty quickly, which they confirmed that they could do. However, the never downloaded the native files sent through WeTransfer to ensure that the artwork would be printed at high res. They resent to me my PDFs that I had originally sent to them for me to approve as their proofs. WHAT? And then when I had questions and didn't respond within the few hours, they went ahead and printed it as is justifying it because of the arrival deadline. Appreciated but proofs needs to be reviewed and approved for a reason and high quality printing is expected. I was in a bind and hope that the banner doesn't look absolutely terrible. They should have communicated all of the subdeadlines to me, sent their own proofs/used high res artwork and not moved ahead with printing until they heard from me.
