My arrows on my sign are facing incorrectly after leaving a voicemail and sending an email in which I received a response that my arrows could be facing correctly. I sent a message but no response. :-(

There was an issue with the image I uploaded. I received a courtesy call from Paul (shout out to Paul!!) advising of the matter. Realizing they were well within their right to print what was submitted I am all the more grateful for the call and opportunity to address it.

I ordered a custom banner for my vendor tent and I am absolutely blown away by the quality! The quality of not only the banner material, grommets, seams themselves but the image as well. I only had a small jpeg to upload for my design and even printed on a large 2x5foot banner the graphic is clean and crisp and will be extremely legible from a distance. I can’t express enough how impressed I am. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I will definitely be ordering again for my future needs!

Fast and easy service. Sometimes, they are so fast that terminations may look rushed (like untidy corners).

Such great quality!! My image was a little blurry when I submitted it so I was worried when it was blown up on the sign that it would look terrible BUT it’s crystal clear! Will certainly recommend this company and will use again in the future!

I ordered the heavy duty outdoor vinyl sign with reinforced grommets. It ripped in the wind within a month and a half.

Product did not arrive on time as promised with express shipping fee. No return calls nor updates on the delay. Left voice message, emailed, tried their online chat to ask if order will arrive on time. No response. Order arrived 3 days after expected arrival. Unable to use banner as event had passed. Office personnel emailed after banner was delivered apologizing for delay due to machine problems. Could have called customer ahead to inform of delay but did not. Will not order again. Sorry but timely communication is very important for a business to thrive.

Came out great, thank God you did not use a white bleed line, I hate that. Only reason 4 stars and not 5 is it took a long time to get over 2 weeks.
