Multiple Login Errors

Same issue reported by someone in May. Multiple attempts to login just resulting in error. Emailed help desk and told to reset password despite explaining that I have already done this multiple times and still not working. Disappointing...

An effective free service

My company is very small, so a free service to meet my legal obligations and tax requirements is perfect for me. I've used Primo Payroll for over 6 years to make payment submissions to HMRC and calculate payroll for my few employees, and these are all in order.

Easy and Intuitive

We are a small business that has been using Primo Payroll for almost four years. As the business has grown we have been able to add the extra features we need at affordable cost.
We find the system easy and intuitive to use with prompt on-line help available on the few occasions we did need it.

Effective for small charities

Primo Payroll offers a full and efficient payroll system for us as a small charity and takes the headache out of the task. We are able to perform all the required payroll functions without having to pay an administrator

Easy to use. Great support.

Primo Payroll make submitting your staff pay easy every month. Adding new staff, editing or modifying details, and sending on to HMRC is seamless.
Primo support are also very prompt and helpful. Will work to get any of your issues resolved.

The cloud version was buggy

The cloud version was buggy, resulting in multiple attempts to login. When populating the payroll figures the software would often be slow and return you to the original input page.

Accentra/Primo are fantastic

Accentra/Primo are fantastic. Where they didn't integrate with our API they made it happen. The performance, price, support and functionality are all superb. Highly recommended.

Primo team was super helpful and…

Primo team was super helpful and available, being new in business I was afraid of complicated interfaces and the learning curve the software might have but it ended up being really user-friendly! Great stuff! A multi company task manager is a lifesaver!
