Primis are great in my opinion
Using an umbrella company for my current position for the last 18x months.
Primis have been on point and always available when any questions have been asked. They are quick to respond, they are on hand to calls and they reply pretty much instantly over emails.
I deal with a lady called Deb mainly, she is lovely to deal with and nothing is every an issue.
Would recommend to anyone that requires an umbrella company!

Highly recommend if you’re thinking of using an umbrella company, I’ve been with Primis formally (FirstRecruitment) for 5 years now and can’t fault them. If I ever have a problem/query I either call or email Emma and it is always sorted promptly, keep up the good work guys.

Very Efficient and Professional Service
I started with Primis in November 2024. After a very long time as a full time employee, I was a little uncertain about using the umbrella setup. The team were patient and very helpful in explaining the process to me.
The turn around on processing timesheets and expense claims is very quick (within a week). Everyone has proved really helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending the service.

Super helpful
I’ve been with Primis for a year. Deb and team have always been super helpful and flexible. Whenever I’ve had a query they are always quick to help. After submitting timesheets the payments has always come through on time. They have been really helpful with referencing to convert my job to permanent.

Superb, highly professional team
Been with Primis a year. First time using an umbrella setup and was very nervous about doing so. Questioned the team in depth prior to accepting the role to understand how contributions to a SIPP would be handled. Their response and info was exceptional - nothing is too much trouble. Emails are answered with great speed and accurate info each time. A delight to deal with, super fast payments, everything handled with meticulous care, and every single person in the team is terrific, esp Deb, whose cheerful efficiency is much appreciated.
