Do not use!!

Do not use!!! This is a scam site. Misleading product descriptions and then costs lots of money to send item back to them

Retractable baton didn't work

Retractable baton didn't work.
The company responded quickly to initial concerns but then haven't responded to further emails / live chat regarding next steps to replacement/ refund.

Dangerous and unlawful trading

Please please all parents beware ! I bought a compact car seat, age 4-14 years, for my daughter. The product is NOT a car seat, the certificate of conformity supplied inside the packaging from the supplier in china states this clearly I have supplied pictures of the certificate and the online translation to “Ethan “ who replied that their customers buy this as a car seat and his company advertise and sell it as such. The size of the age 4-14 years is probably too small for even a 4 yr old and way too small for my child who is only 1 meter tall. Despite both these facts clearly supporting my request for a full refund without a cost of £15 postage to me (as uk consumer law dictates) the company refuses to comply with this law, insisting I pay to return my own postage to china for mis-sold goods not fit for purpose, or offering the paltry alternative of a 10% refund telling me I can sell it on if I want I won’t sell on a dangerous product and put children’s lives at risk so I would rather throw it in the bin. I am able to take the company to small claims court but the company is well aware most people don’t have the time and money to do this so will continue to sell dangerous and faulty goods Instead I will take the loss and pass the issue on to trading standards

Item never received

Item never received, asked on several occasions for a refund as tracking does not update. Have now raised as a dispute with the bank and shop app. Avoid

Ordered an extendable walking cane

Ordered an extendable walking cane, it arrived today, i opened and within 20 minutes (one use to extend) and it is broken, i can not collapse the unit or use it.

So disappointing

So disappointing, very poor quality and mis represented in the photo !!
I have asked for a refund so we will see. I suggest you avoid this company, not genuine at all.

We’ve already followed up with you via email, and Ethan from our support team confirmed that a full refund was issued, with no return required. The item in question was a limited Halloween witch hat, which we no longer sell.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible company selling products straight from China that they’ve never seen or tested. The only way to communicate with them is via their site through messages that take 24 hours to be answered. Wrong item sent, I asked for a refund as it was all taking so long, I was ignored and they dispatched the item anyway, eventually arriving from China it was not as advertised at all. I repacked it ready to return but they wanted me to open it to supply them with pictures & videos of their product so they could actually see it for the first time. Refund refused but was offered a 20% refund or send it back to China (despite my contract being with them) which would cost more than the £40 I’ve already paid. False advertising, zero customer support, SCAM company AVOID

The first product you received was sent by mistake, and we immediately arranged a new shipment with the correct bird repeller you ordered. It was delivered within 7 days.

Following your update, we also provided a manual to help with usage. You later confirmed the product was working fine, but stated that you simply didn’t like it and requested a refund.

As per our policy, we informed you that a full refund requires a return of the product. You declined to return the item and requested a refund without sending it back. As a gesture of goodwill, our team offered a 20% partial refund, which you declined.

We strive to resolve all issues fairly and in line with our clearly stated policies. If you have any further questions or need help, we're always here.
