Very happy with the service received from Primetime.. Since having my boiler fitted by them several years ago, I signed up for yearly boiler services. £10 a month.
Simon serviced the boiler today. Arrived on time, clean and efficient with service and checked radiators too.i would recommend Primetime.

We had this guy called Beau, he was very friendly, polite and wiped he’s feet every time he went in and out of the house. He worked very hard all day and did a great job. We were very pleased.

Quick easy service, polite and professional

Simon went beyond the annual servicing of our boiler, He patiently showed us how to program our Drayton Digistat wireless system and he also braved the stormy weather to place paddings on our pipework outside the house to prevent it from freezing during the peak of winter. He was a pleasant gentleman,professional and knowledgeable, patient. He raised the bar with regards to service provided by Boiler engineers

Simon let me know he was on his way, he arrived in good time, was very polite, and very professional when he carried out the servicing of our boiler, and checked that we had no outstanding issues

Mark was brilliant. Serviced our new worcester bosch boiler with care and attention and was clean and tidy in doing so.

At the design stage, the engineer took time to understand our needs and priorities, and ensured that everything necessary was included in the quotation. This ensured that there were no misunderstandings during installation.
During the installation, the site crew were highly skilled, flexible, tidy, friendly and efficient. They dealt well with unexpected challenges on site, and delays to the delivery of some components. They were the best workmen we have ever had in our house. Sadly, removal of waste materials from our driveway took a few days longer than expected.
At the end of the job, all the paperwork, and documents were supplied in a timely manner.
We have already recommended Prime Time to our friends.

Fantastic. Had a call to say how far away he was. He done all the checks and even managed to get the hive hub working (something we haven't been able to do in years).

I used this company to install air conditioning in my home. For the the service I received on the initial remote survey and the guys who came to install on the day and the electrician who came the service was brilliant.

However not so good when I needed to contact the company for clarification about the installation date (due to supply issues from the manufacturer). It was difficult to get through to a human being on the phone and when I did I was promised a call back but didn't receive it. Also had trouble getting responses to my emails. It is for this reason I have not given 5 stars but nevertheless I would recommend this company.

Beau was on time and very polite. He did a first rate service and sorted out a few issues we had chiefly using the Auto function on the remote. He was very thorough and left us feeling very confident in the service provided by Primetime whereas I was feeling unsure.

Very friendly, helpful and explained everything

Daryl , our prime time boilers installer , was amazing , so professional, very efficient, He just got on with his work , no breaks, so hardworking, very friendly, just so happy with the work , very clean , just high praises, explained everything after completing the installation. Highly recommend Daryl , Calum and the whole team .three of our family members have used prime time boilers and solar now , as we have recommended them to anyone who is interested in installing. Very rare to find amazing workers. Prime time boilers have chosen their team really well . Thank you so much .

Friendly informative and respectful of my home

Mark arrived on time. Mark was courteous and worked cleanly.

After writing up service record and having me sign his job off on his phone - he then rechecked the magnet throughly, when a small drop of water was noted at the top seal.

Very pleased overall with Mark's visit.
