Overall a positive experience working with them.

Really good work done by the team and the way they came up with the testing and results I really like it. I would really come back to them when needed next time

I had a very positive experience with Primetestlab.com. The whole process was straightforward, communication was clear, and everything was handled professionally. I’m very satisfied with the service and would happily use them again. Highly recommended!

The most trustworthy, they even give u a report, way too helpful and my app is online all thanks to Prime Test Lab.

PrimeTestLab made the closed-testing process for my Android app
completely smooth. They recruited enough daily testers to satisfy
Google Play's 14-day continuous testing requirement without any
delays or dropouts. Communication was responsive throughout, and I
never had to chase them for updates. As a solo developer, having
this part handled reliably meant one less thing to worry about during
launch. Highly recommend for anyone needing to meet Google Play's
testing requirements.

Very straight forward and hassle free onboarding and smooth overall experience

Immediate response to an issue and addressing it to the point makes it great. Real time testers and google console requirements are solved hassle free. Trust makes this lab standout against the rest.

Thankyou, especially when I'm looking for a testers i found this best platform, which really helped me to test my apps properly and finally my app goes live in playstore in first attempt, most trusted platform, thankyou.

Can't find any fault with the service. It was quickly set up, mid way report from on user experience/bugs, and whatsapp communication was answered in a short time (few hours). My app passed the testing requirement and was approved for production in a few hours after application!

Useful testing, but follow-up communication was disappointing

PrimeTestLab identified several useful issues during our closed-testing project and provided two detailed reports. The findings helped us improve the app, so the testing itself was valuable.

However, communication around the post-fix verification was disappointing. We were specifically told that a focused verification report for the issues we had fixed was being prepared and would be shared shortly. After waiting for it, we were later told that the project had already expired and that no additional report would be provided.

Clearer communication about the project expiry and whether post-fix verification was actually going to happen would have avoided unnecessary delay in our release planning.

Overall, useful testing and findings, but the follow-through and communication could be much better.

Great fast and accurate service, everything going well and by plan.

Pretty good, had the basic 20 dollars testing, and they did bring back a few bugs, it was worth it, got approved.

Fantastic service, they went above and beyond with their report system and identified things I was aware of. Their advice helped me make my game more user friendly. I would use the again!

Actually, I didn`t hope your service would give me real review for my app, just expect you to alloate 25 accounts and 14+ days to pass the test that Google Play required.
However, during the test period I unexpectedly recieved very sincere review for my app from you, and I could upgrade the app`s performances and UX, etc.
That was excellantly helpful for me and thanks for that my app was approved from Google finally.
Thanks a lot!

Super customer service. efficient support and service

I was really pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this process was, the testing was excellent, along with the test reports that found an issue and also offered great usability feedback. I have already kicked off another Test session with them.
