Primetestlab.com Anmeldelser

I cannot recommend PrimeTestLab highly enough.

Their testing services have been outstanding from start to finish. What impressed me the most is that they do much more than simply test an application and report issues. They provide thoughtful, practical recommendations that genuinely help improve the product and the overall user experience.

In addition to the testing itself, their expertise and support have been invaluable. I currently have another application that is unfortunately still under review by Google, preventing it from entering the testing phase. Even though they cannot begin testing yet, the PrimeTestLab team has been extremely proactive, offering excellent guidance on how to work with Google Play and increase the chances of getting the app approved for Closed Testing.

Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help go far beyond what I expected. The experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and every interaction has reinforced my confidence in their team.

If you are looking for reliable testers who also act as trusted advisors, PrimeTestLab is the perfect choice. I will definitely hire them again for future projects, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality app testing and expert guidance.

Used PrimeTestLab for closed testing to get Google Play production access for our app. After an initial rejection, their team suggested converting from a TWA to a native WebView build, and once we did that, they ran a free retest cycle as promised. Support was responsive throughout — answered our follow-up questions, and in the end our app got approved for production. Would recommend if you're stuck on Google's engagement requirements.

Great job. Professional

My experience with PrimeTestLab was very positive. I used the service for the closed testing of my first Android app, and the entire process was straightforward and easy to follow. The testers remained active throughout the required testing period, and I also received useful feedback that helped me improve the app before release. After completing the closed test, my app was granted production access on Google Play. Overall, PrimeTestLab made what could have been a difficult process much easier for me as an independent developer.

Highly recommend the use of this group to get through the Google Play hoops. My app wouldn’t be available on the store without them. I was pleasantly surprised by the reports that I received and they helped me polish my app.

Budget-friendly closed test. Real testing & 2 accurate bug reports. Passed Google 14 day closed test.
Thank you.

The Primtestlab team is exceptional! They are very responsible, professional, and cooperative throughout the testing process. I highly recommend Primtestlab to anyone looking for reliable testers for Google Play production testing.

We make ailuv Timer, a voice-guided workout timer for strength, HIIT, kettlebells, boxing, and mixed circuits. Set the routine, drop the phone, and voice cues call the next work and rest with the screen locked. Your music keeps playing. No account, no ads, and up to 5 workouts free.

Google Play asks for at least 12 closed testers opted in for 14 days before production. I ordered PrimeTestLab’s 25-person plan on 5 September and sent them our closed opt-in link. From 5–19 September I checked Play Console myself: opted-in stayed at 12 or above the whole time. We applied on 21 September, and ailuv Timer went live on Google Play on 25 September. It is on the App Store as well.

Their QA report (15 September, ASUS ROG Phone, Android 12) followed a real gym session: build a workout, run it, pause, skip, end, then open the dashboard. Zero crashes. Three small UI notes, with steps and screenshots. We already shipped two of those fixes.

If you need real people on a closed test and cannot keep 12 friends opening the app for two weeks, I would use them again.

Easy to understand and the reports were informative.

App accettata subito da Google lo consiglio 100%

Excellent service! After many rejected apps, finally got the approval. Thanks !!

Primetestlab made the entire closed testing process effortless. I was stuck trying to find 12 reliable testers for 14 days, and they solved it instantly. Real testers, real devices, stayed opted-in the whole period, and I got to production access without stress. Fast support, affordable pricing, and they actually deliver what they promise. Highly recommended for any indie developer.

The step by step instructions were very easy to understand. Being able to get the required amount of testers all in one and know they'll follow through with the testing time requirement and providing a testing report gave me the confidence my app was good to publish. I have already recommended them to other friends creating apps.

I had a really great experience working with Prime Test Lab. From start to finish, the team was professional, helpful, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.

They made everything easy and straightforward, communicated well, and were always willing to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. It was a pleasure working with Kefayatullah and the team, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into helping get my app successfully live on Google Play.

I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Prime Test Lab to other app developers looking for a reliable and supportive team.

Thank you again for all your hard work and support!

Thank you for your professionalism. Two apps thoroughly tested with two reports..
You made the process of testing my first apps a much less stressful experience.

They could deliver what they said. Our Android app got access to production in one pass.

Great service, very intuitive. The user is guided trough every step of app testing and deployment to google play. Would recommend, especially to first time developers.

Excellent experience with PrimeTestLab. The testing process was smooth and professional, but what impressed me the most was the detailed QA report they provided. It helped me identify several improvements and corrections for my app before submitting it to Google Play.

The team was responsive, helpful, and the feedback was genuinely useful. I corrected the issues they found and significantly improved the app thanks to their report.

I definitely recommend PrimeTestLab to other developers looking for reliable Google Play testing and useful feedback.

5 stars!

Great experience in testing of all my apps, 100% recommended!
