I have found Prime property transfers to be absolutely invaluable. They have assisted me with a property title transfer, and the necessary land registry forms. The process has been smooth and easy. If you have any worries regarding land registry forms do not hesitate to use this company. They have clear and upfront fees, no hidden expenses. I have spent £498 (including land reg' fees) to complete the transfer. I have been quoted £3000 + from several solicitors firms (who are clearly just out to profit from this awkward process).

I used Prime transfers as an alternative to extortionate solicitor costs for my part transfer of an asset to my wife which is not a complicated legal process. I found the service to be friendly and thorough and everything they promised worked perfectly and in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the service.

Ruth made the process very easy and, when I had to change the ID forms she sent me the updated ones quickly. This meant I was able to complete my paperwork quickly. I didn’t think it would of been so easy as expected to need a solicitor so very happy overall with the service I received.

After the passing of my father I had to get everything changed over and when it came down to the property I rang land registry to inquire about what I needed to do and I when they told me that I would need this form and that form plus other forms as well I didn’t stand a chance of doing it on my own.
So I contacted Prime Property and a chap called Jacob help me set things up and arranged a meeting the following day with a very knowledgeable lady called Ruth who was absolutely brilliant making me feel at ease with stuff I know nothing about.
