I have had a very positive experience with Prime London Residential, particularly during the recent renewal of my tenancy.
My family has been going through a very challenging period due to my daughter’s health and recovery. Throughout the process, the team listened carefully to my circumstances and communicated with the landlord in a professional, respectful and compassionate way.
What I appreciated most was that I never felt that I was simply being treated as a tenancy or a transaction. The agent took the time to understand our situation, clearly explained the options available to us, and helped us find an arrangement that worked for both the landlord and our family.
The landlord was also very understanding, and with the agent’s support we were able to agree on a reasonable renewal arrangement that gives my daughter the stability of remaining in a familiar home while she continues her recovery and prepares to return to university.
Good property management is not only about managing buildings, contracts and rent. During difficult moments, professionalism combined with empathy can make a real difference to a tenant and their family. That has certainly been my experience with Prime London Residential.
I am genuinely grateful for the kindness, patience and professionalism shown to us and would be very happy to recommend their service.
