I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Prime Loans.
My loan application was already processed and approved. The only thing left for me to do was complete the final online forms. Unfortunately, I was unable to access my account because it is still linked to my old cellphone number, which I no longer have.
I did the right thing by emailing your support team and repeatedly trying to call for assistance, but I got nowhere. Eventually, a real agent (not the AI assistant) called me back, but the phone line was so poor that the call was disconnected, and I never received another follow-up.
I then turned to the live chat on the app, hoping for a resolution. An agent named Sinazo responded, but instead of helping me resolve the issue, the chat was simply abandoned, leaving me without any assistance.
I've spent the entire day trying to complete a process that should have taken only a few minutes. As a customer whose loan had already been approved, I expected far better service and communication. The lack of urgency and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and has left me questioning the level of customer care provided.
I sincerely hope Prime Loans improves its customer support, especially when customers are prevented from accessing their accounts due to outdated contact details. A quick resolution and better communication would have made all the difference.
