Drei Hemden in Größe 4XL für 140 € bestellt. Es kamen drei Hemden Größe s stand aber 4XL drin. Es wurde keine rückabwicklung gewollt außer ich müsste das selber zurücksenden kosten 50 €. Haben uns nach anderthalb Monaten E-Mail-Verkehr auf ein gut dann bin ich bekam von 50 € geeinigt. Nie wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen

Be very careful. This is a China based company making synthetic clothes and selling them as cashmere. There is NO Returns policy unless you want to send it back to China. Therefore NO refunds. The products are cheap and nasty

Terrible experience. Very misleading- Chinese company. Delivery took a month. Quality was terrible and I had to pay to return to China and 6 weeks later I still do not have a refund. Avoid at all costs!

This is not a Dutch Company, but a Chinese Company.
My order arrived after 3 weeks, the quality was very disappointing , the price was very expensive for what it is. I would not recommend to order from this company.
It should be illegal that Companies from China pretend to be European and also refuse returns unless customers pay a ridiculous overseas fee.

I had the same experience as nearly all the other reviews.. the jumper I ordered was very cheap looking and very small ( was supposed to be xxx) impossible to send back but they did offer me £20 if I wrote a good review and send them a photo of the review..

THEY SENT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEM TO WHAT I ORDERED AND WANT ME TO PAY THE £25 Return cost for there mistake

I would not even give this company one star. But that is the only way I can write the review. The size of the jumper I ordered was wrong. The refund policy is a scam. After paying for DPD to return the item to China, the company told me that I had to pay the customs fee as well in order for the jumper to be delivered to them. Nowhere was this mentioned in their refund policy. They are not an honest company.

Unseriöses Online Versandhaus im schicken Wäre in falscher Größe, bei Reklamation Rücksendung zu Lasten des Käufers nicht nach Amsterdam, sondern nach China mit erheblichen Transportkosten. Am besten gleich beri Temu bestellen, ist gleiche Ware zu einem Drittel des Kaufpreises. Will vmit dieser Firma nichts mehr zu tun hBen

Do not order from Prime Amsterdam. Quality not good and comes from China. If you want to send back it’s extremely expensive and then gets stuck at customs where you cannot get it too them.

This company is a scam site based in china. They will send you send you some thing that has to be returned to china which then gets held until customs fees are paid. This is the responsibility of the receiver but they claim it is not there responsible, the buyer is responder for fee's. It's a catch 22.

Utterly disgusted with hoodie which has just arrived. Nothing like the photo or description. Dreadful fabric, badly made and with a piece actually cut out of the garment! It has to be seen to be believed. I'm too embarrassed to give it to my grandson so it will be going to a charity shop. I'm not bothering with trying to return it at my expense to China. Horrible people making money dishonesty because their goods are not fit for purpose, this has put me off buying on- line for good. Prime Amsterdam, you should be so ashamed but I don't imagine you care at all.

Nice contact, poor quality, very thin and tiny hoodie purchased. Chinese clothing size even though they like to give the impression of being from Europe. Tens of emails to confirm status of shipping, purchase etc. Returning only two options: sending back shipping to China or accepting 50% discount by buying the required clothing in the required size. No comment on that.

I bought a pair of boots wore 3 times in dry weather on the fourth first time in rain the boots leaked this is less than a month old and went back to ask for a refund/replacement they refused !

Site arnaque. Attention il vient de changer de nom en "Nuvora fashion". C'est un arnaque Totale. A éviter absolutement!!!

Il capo che ho acquistato non è di mio gradimento, ho richiesto di fare il reso e mi hanno detto che è a mie spese e devo inviare il capo in Cina. Il numero di telefono che è nel loro sito risulta essere inesistente. Alla richiesta per email di chi avrebbe pagato il reso, non hanno dato una risposta.

The company name is misleading and my mother-in-law was sadly dumped. The 'jumper' she received cost £36 and was of very low quality. It was made of polyester and the advertised photo was clearly created by AI. We have requested refund but must post back to China, and cover the shipping costs ourselves. I do not trust the company to provide the refund. Do not purchase from this company.

I will update this review if any customer service is provided.

This company is based in china so don’t be fooled by the name as i was!
Quality is awful. Item colour and sizing is way off!
You have to pay to return so don’t buy from this company.

Für Weihnacht bestellt mit « schnelle Lieferung ». Heute, 6.1.2026 ein Artikel von zwei bekommen. mit viel Einbildung kann man das Foto der Webseite mit dem gelieferte Artikel erkennen. Dazu eine sehr schlechte Qualität für den Preis. Rücksendung… Ich dachte Prime Amsterdam sollte in Europa sein… Aber gefordert wird nach China. Ja, nie wieder :(
