I am thrilled with the quick and knowledgeable response to my odd little inquiry from Wisconsin via phone. My cellar Tracker app lead me to Prima Vini as a source for a French white blend that I was searching for. The care that Frank took to get this shipped on the same day was exceptional!!! The shipping from California to Wisconsin was great and fast! The wine made it here with days to spare before a patio dinner with family from New York! Merci!

I will definitely order from Prima Vino again. Shipping first is a tiny price to pay for the amazing suffice and expertise - even from afar. Really enjoyed the emails from my wine every about my order, who replaced something that didn't have for me! Can't wait to use this store again.

This store is top notch when it comes to finding unique wines, and they go out of their way to be helpful. I depend on them any time I need a gift or wine for a party. They’ve got stuff you won’t find at mass market places.

I received a solicitation regarding a sale on Austin Hope’s 2021 Paso Robles Cabernet which will love. The notice stated the allocation was adjusted to liter sized bottles as of July 1. So I waited until July 1, order 6 bottles, and received 6 750mls. I think the price was reasonable regardless but there is nothing I dislike more than a bait and switch. I won’t be buying again from Prima Vini.

Price was good and the shipping box was great. FedEx completely eff’d up the delivery but that’s not their fault so still 5 stars! 👍

A great value in the wine I ordered. Superb communication. Wine was held briefly because of an intense period of heat. It was nice to have someone care enough to take that precaution. I was like someone cared. That has become rare in these times!

Good price, fast delivery, good packaging and good comms. There was a risk of delay due to hot weather so that the wine would not be exposed to too warm temps. Prima Vini informed on this. Thankfully, the delay didn't materialize.

i never got the wines i ordered!!! two weeks ago???

I ordered a bottle of Italian Amaro, and I didn't receive it. Once I placed the order there wasn't any way to check on the status of the order, no tracking at all, so after a few days I call theme and they just told me the inventory in stock wasn't right! So I bought something that wasn't available. I appreciated Frank on the phone who accepted my refound!

Excellent service! I called the store before ordering online and they answered my questions concisely. Also, my bottle came sooner than expected. Will definitely order again. Thank you!
