I would rate you higher, but it took 16 days from the date of order to actually receiving the wine which your web site indicated was in stock at the time I placed my order. Frankly this seems an unusually long time. My experience with wine.com suggests a much quicker response for in stock items.

Prima went above and beyond for me, ordering my favorite English gin from the sole distributor in the USA. In doing so, Brandon confirmed with me that the price was ok (it had gone up) and called as soon as it arrived. It's always a pleasure to do business with the crew at Prima.

Product was in stock. Several dollars less than another vendor I was using. Arrived quickly and was packaged perfect and well protected my bottles. For sure, I will be a return customer.

I could not be more pleased! I had been looking for a dessert wine not sold in my state and was able to locate it at Prima Vini Wine. When I ordered 10 bottles, they reached out to let me know they'd have more stock in the next day and if I wanted to even it up to a case. Well, it turns out I did! The adjustment was easy, they were very proactive about the weather limitations and letting me use my own Fed Ex account rather than delaying the shipment. Rest assured, I'll use them again!

I just received notice that the reson is we are experiencing a heat wave in Seattle and the team at Prima Vini Wine Merchants took a proactive move to ship the wine after the heat wave diminished inorder to make sure the wine arrived without heat related degradation.
