Primary Arms Anmeldelser

Fast service, quick shipping

I've ordered a couple thousand dollars worth of gear this week, from various retailers. By far, primary arms has had the best delivery time, while providing affordable prices, on hard to find items.

Great quality of products that were ordered and received. Shipment was delivered on time.

Fast and affordable

I had a good experience, the items I wanted were in stock and ready to ship. The items didn’t take long with the shipping option I chose. This experience along with the competitive pricing makes wish to shop here more.

Ease of ordering and how fast it arrives. You guys are great.

This was my first order with Primary Arms, and despite some confusion caused by California ID verification requirements and a duplicate order on my end, their customer service was outstanding.
The support team responded quickly, explained exactly what was needed, and helped resolve the issue without any hassle. When I accidentally placed a second order, they reviewed both orders, identified the difference, and promptly submitted a cancellation request for the duplicate order. Throughout the process they were professional, courteous, and patient.
As a veteran building my first AR-15, I appreciated how seriously they took compliance requirements while still making the process easy to understand. Their military pricing, product selection, and customer service have earned my future business.
I would absolutely order from Primary Arms again.

First of all, I received the 3x Prism sight very fast. Secondly, this sight is excellent. The clarity is first rate.

I don’t know, I haven’t received my order yet. Tracking says it’s been in Houston for a week

Great response - quick ship - will order from again

Fast shipping and good quality items

I ordered an adjustable gas block for a new rifle build. At primary arms I found the exact model at the best price. From time of order, to the product being at my door was less than a week. Way faster than I was expecting considering I placed my order right before a holiday weekend. Inside the packaging was the gas block along with some stickers and PA branded swag. Primary Arms will definitely be my goto from now on!
