Went in this week to have wax removed from my ears, as it’s no longer carried out at my doctors/clinic.

Found Pride to be very professional, the branch at Cannock has a private car park and was carried out quickly but carefully.

Went back today for free hearing test.

1st visit.Very professional set up,staff are so professional and friendly.I was looked after by Suzanne and the visiting Shannon.
Equipment is state of art,and process so easy.100% will return, It would be good if the price was £10 less in line with Specsavers but service is second to none,I must say.

Friendly helpful staff, very professional from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained during the procedure. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service on both occasions, hearing test which was well explained, but exceptional service on explaining use of the aids after setting them all up. Would thoroughlly reccomend pride hearing to anyone.

I had a very fun experience with Suzanne Redfern, she removed alot of my ear wax and I can hear perfectly. I am very happy with the ear wax removal, I would definitely come back again!

It was a great experience having the hearing test done at home by a very professional audiologist. I was put at ease from the very first moment being treated with absolute respect I couldn’t speak highly enough of Zevile who took care of everything so easily and quickly. I will certainly be recommending Pride hearing to my friends or anyone who asks me about my new hearing aids

The test program was great and the aids arrived a week later then we’re set up by your representative who explained all the features and set up the app on my iPhone

The honesty and efficiency of the initial test and throughout the consultation was top class and kept me informed of what my problem was and remedies available to me.
Facilities were clean and most importantly for me the member of staff that I saw was extremely friendly and made the appointment relaxing.
I would have no hesitation in recommending others to use Pride Hearing if you have a problem.

Great customer service, the receptionist is very polite and the whole experience was very calm, had my ears checked and a hearing test. Definitely recommend.

The clinician can see exactly what they’re doing, making it precise and gentle. Very very pleased with the procedure but most of all I can hear clearly again.

My experience was so wonderful, the woman was very welcoming and helped a lot. I walked in barely hearing anything, and walked out hearing a huge difference. Definitely worth the money.

My husband was fitted with his new hearing aids today by Tom who was polite, friendly and very informative about how to get the best out of them.

I had a wonderful experience with Kerry at Pride Hearing today for ear wax removal. She was brilliant at describing what was going to happen before the treatment and was very reassuring during the process. Aftercare advice also very good. I was in and out in 20 minutes. This is an amazing clinic with friendly staff and a professional approach to their work. Very impressive.
