Je remercie vivement Mark pour avoir répondu rapidement et précisement à toutes mes interrogations. Toute mon appréhension a été levée aprés avoir reçu ma superbe montre full set parfaitement livrée rapidement et avec un suivi via Fedex.

Customer service is how I measure a retailer, i purchased a relatively low value watch in the grand scheme of P&Ps portfolio.
Nico has taken the time to call me on 2 occasions now to help with issues (out of his control). This is true customer service at its finest!!

I was sceptical about purchasing a Rolex from the Gray market due to the horror stories that you hear online. However, after logging a query with the team asking for advice, Mark called me for a chat. He was knowledgable, professional, patient and accommodating. I instantly knew he and Pride & Pinion were a safe pair of hands. Within 3 days, my watch was sourced. They verified the piece and delivered to me sized and ready to go. I could not fault this experience at all.

Sophie truly elevated my experience. Here's the story: I purchased two watches from Pride & Pinion, both suggested by Nico from his YouTube channel, which I follow because I appreciate his honesty. My issue arose when one of the watches, the Nivada Chronoking, arrived in an incorrect box, missing the additional colored bezels. Interestingly, the box I received was meant for a watch of significantly higher value. Sophie stepped in, promptly addressed my concern, and ensured the correct box was delivered the next day while arranging for the mistaken one to be picked up. Initially drawn to the store by Nico, it’s Sophie who has guaranteed my return. She definitely deserves a raise!

Sophie!! Sophie made the experience great. . . The story. . . I ordered 2 watches from Pride & Pinion, the watches ordered were recommended by Nico on his youtube channel. I am a fan of his channel and his . . . Candor . . . So i ordered them from his shop. Issue is one of the watches i ordered was sent to me in the Wrong box, normally this wouldnt be a massive issue but as it was the Nivada Chronoking I did not receive the alternate coloured bezels that come as part of it and the box I did receive was for a largely more valuable watch. . . Enter Sophie who responded to my query and arranged for the correct box to be delivered the next day aswell as collection of the wrong box . . . I shopped there because of Nico but i will return because of Sophie . . . Give her a raise 😁

Quick delivery and received the watch as expected. Good service overall.

Overall the experience was good. I only purchased a nato strap… so not a massive spend.

The only criticism I have is, I tried contacting Pride and Pinion after the purchase to get some technical details and measurements. I was prompted to do that through WhatsApp but I didn’t get a reply after two attempts.

In the end, everything was good with the strap, so I didn’t need the reply and nor did I follow it up.

I would buy again from them. The shipping was really quick and their pricing was good. So a thumbs up there 👍

A few times I’ve viewed the Pride and Pinion website and decided this time to make a purchase.
I contacted them via WhatsApp directly and received a reply from Ben.
I then called them and they were very helpful passing on to Ben that I had contacted to speak with him directly.
Ben called me to help me with my purchase. Not only was it a call about the watch I was buying, it felt more personal and not a “sales call”. He was very professional, friendly and answered every question I had.
I purchased a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 in Ice Blue.
The reason I called was because it was showing out of stock and I wanted to know when it was coming back in to stock.
Ben then told me not to worry and he can arrange for me to get one even if it came directly from Tissot and that he would confirm delivery times for me.
Ben did contact me again a bit later to say they’ve just received a delivery and they just received 1 on that delivery. I made the purchase and it was extremely easy and effortless.
I received constant updates about my order and my new watch was with me the very next day.
I love the watch and have had so many great compliments.
