First I was told the order would be $14 and then it was switched to $41. I asked for it to be cancelled; it was not. Then I asked for a refund and I have not been given the same.

First time using
First time using, probably my last. Ordered an indoor/outdoor portable fireplace, through one of their vendors. Came with a missing piece making it unusable. I contacted PriceWaiter but all I received from them is we received your request and will investigate. Nothing since then. It's been more than a week

Great Experience
I purchased a karaoke machine and my whole experience was great from start to finish. The product was less expensive, the order and shipping process was super quick. I received my machine in a couple of days in perfect condition. Will definitely order again!
