La línea segura es una basura no funcional hablé con ellos hace unos 20 días y no he recibido ninguna respuesta ni por parte de San Diego ni de la misma además san diego pone 3n alerta a la dirección de miami y todos son la misma porquería
Esperaba hablar con 3l hijo del dueño pero nunca pudo ser pues el habla los dos idiomas español e inglés pero nunca se preocupó pues hay q dejarlos q acaben con la compañía pues no agradecen nada ahora mismo las personas no tienen ganas de trabajar allí
Habrán algunos q susurren pero no dicen nada porq la.dinastia controla todo : pasillos, movimientos etc
Están volviendo eso un manicomio gracias a las advertencias le hacen desde arriba
Todos son iguales se tapan con la misma corcha hay q dejar q sigan poniendo mala.la cosa

I would not recommend PriceSmart Portmore to visitors or tourists who are only in Jamaica temporarily. I went there intending to shop and purchase several items, but I was told that they do not offer a day pass or temporary membership.

The only way I could shop was to purchase a full membership, which doesn’t make much sense for someone who is visiting the country or will only need to shop there once or twice.

I understand that PriceSmart operates as a membership-based store, but offering a one-day shopping pass, temporary visitor membership, or even a small surcharge for non-members would make the store much more accessible to tourists and short-term visitors.

Unfortunately, I left without purchasing anything. If you’re visiting Jamaica and don’t already have a PriceSmart membership, I would recommend shopping somewhere else unless you’re willing to pay for a full membership just to enter and make a purchase.

This place is a total scam and people are starting to find out scam scam scam

I would not give a star if this review could be done with zero star. I pre-ordered a 1/2 sheet cake at least 4 days ahead for my mom's 90th birthday celebration. I completed the required order form in person and scheduled with staff for pick up at 10:00a.m. on the morning of the party. At approximately 9:30a.m. on the morning of the party, I received a call from Pricemart's bakery that they did not have my mom's birthday cake because they did not have any 1/2 sheets. I asked for a full sheet at the 1/2sheet price as it was unacceptable that they were failing to deliver what was ordered. I was told I had to speak to a manager but one was not available. I was told I was welcomed to come and see one when one was available. This is poor customer service. I was quite vexed. On the day of the event I was running around to find a cake. I only purchased the membership to order the cake. Don't waste your money by pre-ordering to be let down on the day of the event. Use Megamart!!

Their website provides no clarity on how to have your order delivered. It only provides a pickup time and date. Their HELP page does not provide a link to a chatbox although it states to click on two places (here) and lower right corner where there is nothing there to click. How dumb can a web designer be?

La peor experiencia en PriceSmart.
Esta empresa cobra una membresía absurda que no ofrece absolutamente nada a cambio. Los productos son increíblemente caros, más que en tiendas normales, y encima con impuestos que hacen cualquier compra ridícula. No entiendo cómo esperan que uno pague para entrar a gastar más.

Lo peor: intenté comprar llantas usando la membresía de mi hermana y NO me dejaron. Una regla sin sentido, anti-cliente y totalmente enfocada en seguir exprimiendo al consumidor. Quedó clarísimo que aquí no les interesa atender ni facilitar nada, solo quieren que pagués y pagués.

No vuelvo nunca más, no pienso pagar una membresía inútil y voy a compartir esta experiencia en todas mis redes para que otros sepan cómo tratan a la gente. PriceSmart, para mí, queda completamente descartado.

Pague una membresía platinum de 90 dólares en agosto 2024, y me estaban cobrando en mayo la nueva membresía, además se suponía que por cada compra se acumulan puntos y yo tenía más de 43 dólares, y resulta que al preguntar, solo tenía 8 dólares. Es una farsa de comprar esa membresía si no cumplen con lo que proponen

PriceSmart membership card all seems like a scam because the policy is that the card belongs to two members which only allows one member photo and name on the actual card. If the member whos photo or name is not on the card shows up to pay for their items even though it is still there card because their name or face is not on the card the cashiers at priceSmart refuses to allow you to purchase your items so what is that member now left to do? They are paying for the card but cannot reaps its benefits because of a lack of transparency with pricesmart. Oh and dont get me started on the app the app does not even allow you to add your second members info so what should that member do now get a new card? This all seems like a scam do better Pricesmart

Don’t buy any purse at price mart. They won’t replace it even you have the original receipt and the original items never touch or used not even 24 hours. It’s because you’re already have that color and replace it for 2 items that you liked. And still they won’t accept it… so rude…You guys should tell your customers that you have that policy. Very disappointing service.

The cashier told me to move my trolley out of her way immediately after I paid her. A man had approached her asking that she deal with his matter and she wanted him to stand where my trolley was. I thought that she was rude, but as this sort of behavior is the norm at PRICE SMART, I ignored her insolence. But it was only when I joined the exit queue, I realized that I had not been handed my bill that was needed for inspection!!! How could I exit the store without a bill when at the best of times with a bill in hand, the customer is treated as a CRIMINAL!!

I returned to the cashier who immediately denied not giving me my bill, but as I stood my ground she was forced to look and see my bill still at her side. NOT A WORD OF APOLOGY. Beware buyers, BEWARE PRICE SMART, CHAGUANAS!!!

In June 2018 I started working at PriceSmart, Red Hills Road, Jamaica. I was an outstanding employee with top performance, good time management skill, donation organizer, a well grounded employee. During my years of service to this prestige company I got injured on the job and my complaint was basically ignored. In June of 2022 while I was only four months into pregnancy, the position that I had was made redundant and suddenly I was permanently laid off despite my qualications and experience to reposition me within the company. PriceSmart Jamaica is full of discrimination and nepotism; great employees don’t get recognition for their outstanding performances on day to day. I’ve developed panic/antiexy attacks, I’m literally in fear of seeking another job because of my experience with this company. People please be aware this company doesn’t really care about employees wellbeing, my injury meant nothing to them and God forbid but if by any chance you unfortunately end up in a situation like mine be sure to report the matter and take actions into your own hands, immediately. Thank you!

Terrible experiencia en Cañasgordas Cali, hice mi pedido en linea y fui a retirarlo a la hora programada y confirmada,no habia nadie en la oficina destinada en el parqueadero, espere media hora y nadie llego, me toco subir a la tienda a pedir asistencia, dan un numero de telefono para llamar pero como es un edificio de concreto no hay señal, por que no ponen un timbre? Horrible esperiencia y se pierde el proposito de hacer el pedido desde la casa.

Management is totally incompetent in the stores in Medellin, Colombia. Items run out of stock, items they've carried for years, they give dates for new stock, those dates come and go and nada. The website is also useless to alert you if items are back in stock. I've checked it daily and it says in stock, go to stores and no. I've wasted so much time with this inept company. Oh and we get to pay a membership fee for this?!?!? There's no way to contact corporate, only a number in California which no one EVER answers.
They certainly aren't Costco.

Debido al exceso de controles en Pricesmart, decidí quejarme en la tienda. Su respuesta fue: "si no le gusta, devuelva su membresía". Un comentario muy acertado. La voz del cliente se expresa dejando de comprar y difundiendo esta experiencia para que otros hagan lo mismo. Si Pricesmart teme robos o quiere incrementar las ventas de membresías, debería buscar otros medios en lugar de acosar a sus usuarios.

PriceSmart here in Pereira is subpar. It has been here too long to maintain so many flaws that never get resolved. I believe they mange inventory on a post it note and have a developer from 1980 doing their website. Their chat service will not return responses in several hours of waiting. Very disappointing experience with this company.

I visited the Kingston - Redhills store today and went to purchase lunch items at the bakery/instore cafe. The staff were sullen, extremely slow and rude. My husband does not eat any pork/seafood items. The only item available for him was fries. These took 35 minutes from order to receipt. The coffee I ordered tasted as though the milk had gone off and the salad I wanted had to be relabelled at the insistence of the supervisor to whom I complained. No vegetarian food options in this day and age? No understanding that many people do not want pork items added to everything including pizza on offer? The service was extremely poor provided with bad attitude. Despite the offer of other reasonable items throughout he store - I will be giving the Kingston branch a miss from now on.

Me encantan sus productos ,su calidad,la forma en que están hubicados y rápidamente sabes donde encontrarnos ,sus empleados son muy amables y te dan servicio de calidad, el footcor me deja muy complacida son el sabor de las comidas y su calidad.
