I had a great experience with Prezzee support, especially with Ethan who helped me resolve an issue I thought was impossible to fix.
I no longer had access to my old phone number, so I couldn’t receive the verification code to get into my account. I was pretty stuck, but Ethan stepped in and handled everything professionally and efficiently. He was patient, understanding, and guided me through the process to successfully update my phone number.
Thanks to him, I was able to regain access to my account without any stress. Really appreciate the excellent customer service—Ethan went above and beyond!

I purchased the wrong gift card, and I thought that I would be stuck with it. Asmaa made it plain and simple, explaining that I could swap it out for another retailer, and provided the steps on how to make this possible.
